Hitler was not a Catholic or a Christian. Germany was a predominantly Protestant country. But Hitler wasn't part of that tradition. He was a full-blown atheist. He had little tolerance for religion. And what tolerance he gave to Christianity was based on the fact that Germany was Christian to its core such that he had to tread lightly and give some lenience to Christianity until such a time that he felt empowered to attempt to snuff it out along with Judaism.
Hitler was born to a practicing Catholic mother and was also baptized in the Roman Catholic Church.
All this religious influence however did not prevent him from executing his atrocities later on.
The only christian sect which opposed him with steadfastness was the Jehovah's Witnesses , and which in turn was severely persecuted by the Nazis.
Women may indeed be great administrators. And they clearly don't often appear to have the aggressiveness men usually do. And yet they (women) rarely reach to the heights of what we call "genius." No matter where you look, art, science, religion, or politics, women almost never produce something like Shakespeare, or Napoleon, or Abraham Lincoln.
That's because of patriarchial dominance in society which relegated women to child bearing roles and to the kitchen rather than active roles and careers in society. Those who were fortunate enough to have careers in the world in recent times had done well in them.
Marie Curie, the female scientist won two Nobel Prizes for her research work in physics.

British female prime minister Margaret Thatcher and Indian female Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Adern are considered highly successful administrators and superior to male politicians around them.
Even in the religious world, there has never been a female pope, or Ayathollah or Dalai Lama till date though spirituality and compassion comes naturally to women than men.
The Prajapita Brahmakumaris is the only spiritual organisation in the world led, administered and taught by women and with a female leadership head as well equivalent to the male pope and ayathollah.
They have received seven UN Peace Messenger Awards for their numerous services around the world in the interests of global peace and harmony. The success of the Prajapita Brahmakumaris shows that successful female religious and political heads and leaders are quite possible, and maybe a necesity in these times of increasing strife and conflict started by male religious leaders and aggressive male politicians.
