LOL!

This is why I corrected your comment on projection.
My post to Paul about projection was not about anyone in particular so I could not have been projecting.
I said "a person." I did not say Ancient Soul.

PAUL MARKHAM said:
So a person who is wrong could be telling everyone else they are wrong. :handok:

Trailblazer said:
That is not how projection works. A person who does not want to look at himself and face his character defects projects all those defects onto other people so he will not have to look at himself. this is a largely unconscious process. So for example a person who is hateful could be telling everyone else they are hateful. If everyone else can see that the person being called hateful is not hateful that is a dead giveaway that the person calling him hateful is projecting his own hateful feelings onto that person.

So now apply your comment about projection to this:

Ego much?

And this:

The same applies to all your claims. They cannot be verified, but you are still unwilling to admit that.

So now apply your comment about projection to this::
For anyone who understands what projection is, that is not projection.

I said: The same applies to all your claims. They cannot be verified, but you are still unwilling to admit that.

Explain how that is projection.

Why can't you admit that your claims to KNOW about spiritual matters cannot be verified?
How do you know about spiritual matters, if not from God? If you got this information from God, please provide verifiable evidence that you have received communication from God.

It is obvious to everyone reading these posts that you are applying standards of evidence to Baha'u'llah that you believe do not apply to you. Why would these standards for evidence not also apply to your claims? If verifiable evidence is required to validate the claims of Baha'u'llah why isn't verifiable evidence is required to validate YOUR claims? Why the double standard?

If you do not answer this the answer will be obvious to everyone: You apply different standards of evidence to Baha'ul'lah, which is unjust and unfair.

But kids can't become Baha'is until they turn 15 isn't it? So how do you get new Baha'is and how do you "deepen" them? That was the question 50 years ago, and I'm sure it still is. Firesides were the only thing going on for non-Baha'is to come learn about the Baha'is Faith. They never had a lot of "seekers" and sometimes none. Occasionally, there was some kind of event with a great speaker and music. Back then I saw Seals and Crofts, Bill Sears and many others. My friends took part in what was called a "nine-day deepening" institute. For several days a limited about of people, like 8 or 9, studied the Hidden Words and the Seven Valleys.

The program was stopped because those people, I guess, were getting too spiritual. Marguerite Sears said it was creating spiritual "haves and have nots". In the 80's, my Baha'is friends "deepened" on the Promise of World Peace statement. I went with them to San Francisco for a huge Peace Convention sponsored by the Baha'is. That's the last great Baha'i meeting I attended... until now of course, meeting with all of you. And in a way I mean that. I'm able to be more blunt about how I really feel. And ask questions that I'd never ask a Baha'i in person at a fireside. I'm learning way more now, then I ever did then.

I think it is important we all now consider what it is to be spiritual. When we find this, we do not at any time think we are better than another, but it does give motivation to work together.

This has nothing to do with the post of mine you are replying to. Just more hateful personal attacks. Projection.
Explain how the questions I asked are hateful personal attacks or projection?

Geez...

Look, I understand. You were led astray and therefore hate to see others with any such true spiritual understands. But trying to kill the messenger is not going to get you anywhere spiritual wise.
No, you do not understand me – how I feel or think -- because you are not me.

Kill what messenger? Are you a messenger from God?

You have been claiming to know about true spiritual matters. I am still waiting for verifiable evidence that shows that you ever got any communication from God which would be the only way for you to know about true spiritual matters. Obviously you do not have any verifiable evidence because if you had any you would present it.
Instead of answering you keep changing the subject. That is called deflection.

What is deflection in a conversation?

7. 0. Deflect is defined as to cause something to change direction, or to deter someone from his/her intended purpose. When all the attention is focused on you and you change the subject and get people to change what they are talking about, this is an example of a time when you deflect the conversation.

Yes, yet ANOTHER post of projection and deflection.

WHY are you so obsessed with so much hatred?

It is not easy for people to see what has happened to the power preciously held by Christianity since the late 1800's.

This extract gives an overview of what has happened in such a short period of time.

"... I shall content myself with the enumeration of certain outstanding manifestations of this force which is increasingly invading the domain, and assailing the firmest ramparts, of one of the leading religious systems of mankind. The virtual extinction of the temporal power of the most preeminent ruler in Christendom immediately after the creation of the Kingdom of Italy; the wave of anticlericalism that swept over France after the collapse of the Napoleonic empire, and which culminated in the complete separation of the Catholic Church from the state, in the laicization of the Third Republic, in the secularization of education, and in the suppression and dispersal of religious orders; the swift and sudden rise of that “religious irreligion,” that bold, conscious, and organized assault launched in Soviet Russia against the Greek Orthodox Church, that precipitated the disestablishment of the state religion, that massacred a vast number of its members originally numbering above a hundred million souls, that pulled down, closed, or converted into museums, theatres and warehouses, thousands upon thousands of churches, monasteries, synagogues and mosques, that stripped the church of its six and a half million acres of property, and sought, through its League of Militant Atheists and the promulgation of a “five-year plan of godlessness,” to loosen from its foundations the religious life of the masses; the dismemberment of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy that dissolved, by one stroke, the most powerful unit which owed its allegiance to, and supported through its resources the administration of, the Church of Rome; the divorce of the Spanish state from that same Church, and the overthrow of the monarchy, the champion of Catholic Christendom; the nationalistic philosophy, the parent of an unbridled and obsolete nationalism, which, having dethroned Islám, has indirectly assaulted the front line of the Christian church in non-Christian lands, and is dealing such heavy blows to Catholic, Anglican, and Presbyterian Missions in Persia, Turkey, and the Far East; the revolutionary movement that brought in its wake the persecution of the Catholic Church in Mexico; and finally the gospel of modern paganism, unconcealed, aggressive, and unrelenting, which, in the years preceding the present turmoil, and increasingly since its outbreak, has swept over the continent of Europe, invading the citadels, and sowing confusion in the hearts of the supporters, of the Catholic, the Greek Orthodox, and the Lutheran churches, in Austria, Poland, the Baltic and Scandinavian states, and more recently in Western Europe, the home and center of the most powerful hierarchies of Christendom..."
