On the other hand, I wonder if the U.S. electorate would have the wisdom to vote for her.

It's an interesting thought exercise...
If she was in the US, how would the systemic differences impact? How would the voters themselves react to her style?

As for me, I have a standing offer in place to sponsor her work visa if she'd like to move to Australia and run for office.

I suspect she'd win in a landslide.

This is hardly surprising. New Zealand is known for having a lot of sheep.

Actually America is best known as a land of high flying eagles.

Best known was not mentioned. And i am guessing there us far more bull than eagle

We have them too, and they dance together in the morning and evening updrafts.

By Americans only. Rather humorously reminds me that bald eagle was picked as the national icon despite that a. It feeds by stealing and bullying the catches away from other birds more than it feeds itself and b. The actual amount of bald eagles in the country is very low compared to our neighbors in the North, who largely consider them seagull like pests who steal fisherman catches and make huge messes.

By people who understand the correct grammar would be “by whom”. :p

Pithy. But that's not the common thoughts you'd get from New Zealanders. Or Australians.
You might get that from Americans, but they spell colour incorrectly anyway, so not sure if their opinion is worth much...ahem...

Actually there are more in Alaska than Canada.

Hey, still an eagle is not a sheep.

Don't look at me, I dont keep a holy book telling me to be sheep like.
But I'd rather be a sheep than a pest with an engorged sense of ego.
