Why Biden's first Run for President failed

I wasn't even aware Biden ran for President back in 87, but it's interesting to compare his previous run then with his run now in 2020.

Do you agree with the substance of the video?

I particularly agree with the "profile over policy" allegation.

Watch tonight, Joe Biden will repeatedly rely on his previous position as VP in order to win over votes... This is what I expect to see a lot of tonight during the first Presidential Debate of 2020.

Profile over policy...

That'll be better than relying on the fact he is not Trump.

It's not only that he was VP.
It's what he helped get done while VP.
The Obama/Biden administration pulled the USA out of the worst economic disaster since the 30s. They started us on a path to peace in the Middle East. They achieved some health care reform. And mostly, they did this with Republicans fighting them every step of the way. Republicans obstructed everything they could if it meant Obama wouldn't have helped improve the lives of Americans.

Republicans would do anything to get more powerful, including make things worse for Americans as a whole. That's why I have no intention of voting for any Republicans for the foreseeable future.

How many times has Don the Con run for president and failed? Context is important if you're going to overlook what your own guy did and hold it against someone else.
