I am Reform with a touch of Reconstructionist, Renewalist, Jewish -Humanist, and a few others that we can discuss when you’d like. I take a scientific and engineering approach to Judaism. Some of my teammates here in the DIR are threatened by this frank approach to Judaism, but you are not.

I'm allied with Orthodox Jewish beliefs. Things like evolution, age of the universe &c. don't bother me, whether or not it's true. I believe that Moshe heard directly from HaShem at Sinai and gave the Torah to the Israelites.

I have known you for a long time - here and other forums, your user name here, your user names elsewhere. We’ve had our disagreements from time to time. Sometimes the disagreements have been heated and our relationship thus a little icy, but we have persevered because of a level of mutual respect.
The difference between the more distant past and the more recent past is that you and I, you and others, used to have conversations, actual dialogue. In your current incarnation you seem interested in only, for want of better term, cute sarcasm. Too often your comments seem to reflect a contempt for any whose views are different than yours.
Whenever you’re ready to really talk, I at least will be here.

There used to a couple of moderates in this sub-forum. Metis and another young man (I will try to find his name). They were both driven out and only extremists remain. Look at the response my post received in the Religious Debates sub-forum. Too bad we can’t have a discussion here.
