Jesus is Coming

Please read in context Matthew 27:50-54.
The corpses of verse 52 are dead people whose 'corpses were exposed' according to Matthew 27:51-52 the day Jesus died.
Jesus was Not resurrected the day he died please read Acts of the Apostles 2:27.
No one had a resurrection before Jesus - John 3:13; Colossians 1:18; 1 Corinthians 15:20.
But Matt 27:52 says that the rotting corpses arose on Friday and Matt 27:53 says they crawled out of their graves and walked down to Jerusalem on Sunday. So what did the rotting corpses do after they arose on Friday and before they crawled out on Sunday, and what did they do after they wandered around Jerusalem?

Do you want to live in a world where only the righteous are allowed to enter? Where every one cares for their neighbor, and would never think of doing something to you, that they would not want done to themselves?
Why ask me that?

The setting is the day of death, so verse 53 ( after his resurrection ) is speaking of living persons who saw the exposed dead bodies who then entered the 'holy city' and reported what they witnessed, what they saw on the day Jesus died.
The earthquake exposed dead corpses on the day Jesus' died ( that was Not a resurrection ) .

Ouch, what do you mean about Not knowing what you are taking about ?
On the day Jesus' died please answer where did Jesus go according to Acts of the Apostles 2:27 _ _____________
Please notice the time frame of Matthew 27:50-54 it is the day Jesus died. It is Not 3 days after Jesus death.
Who is the 'first one' to be resurrected according to Scripture at Colossians 1:18 and 1 Corinthians 15:20 _________________
Earthquakes do Not resurrect the dead, the quake exposed dead corpses - Matthew 27:51-52.
I find No one was resurrected before Jesus - Colossians 1:18; 1 Corinthians 15:20; John 3:13

Acts 2: 27; "Because you will not abandon me in the world of the dead: you will not allow your servant to rot in the grave." Revealing that Jesus, the servant of the Lord God our savior, was relying on God to raise him from death,

It was the day on which Jesus died that the graves of the saints were opened, it was three day later that they came out of their graves and entered the city and showed themselves to many.

So now, if you have half of a brain, you will know what I, and the Holy Scriptures are talking about, OUCH!

Well you wouldn't would you, because the scriptures reveal that it was 'AFTER: Jesus was resurrected, that they came out of their graves and entered the city and showed themselves to many.

Oh, you mean the judgment day that has been predicted to be "any day now" "coming soon" "before the last man alive today dies"? That judgment day? Or, perhaps you are referring to........War of Gog and Magog................................

Huh? I never heard of ' the last man alive today dies' I wonder where that idea comes from ____________
Matthew 25:31-33 is Not about any last man alive judgement, but the separation of humble people and haughty people.
The ones considered as righteous persons (Matthew 25:37) are alive on Earth and remain alive on Earth to be here to see calendar Day One of Jesus' 1,000-year reign over Earth. This is the judgement day facing the nations.
For when Gog ( coalition of earth's nations ) turns on God's people then Jesus will take the action of Isaiah 11:3-4; Revelation 19:14-16.
The 'executional words from Jesus' mouth' will rid the Earth of the wicked. Psalms 92:7; Psalms 104:35; Psalms 37:9-11,29.

Riiiiggght! Any day now! Is that why so many Christians don't care about Climate Change? They believe they will "taken away" long before the oceans will rise much.

Matthew 27:52-53 does Not say ' who ' are the people.
Yes, verse 53 does say ' AFTER ' Jesus' resurrection, but notice it does Not say ' after the resurrection of the righteous....' - see Acts of the Apostles 24:15.
Being asked ' to be remembered when Jesus comes into his kingdom ' - Luke 23:42 - is speaking about a coming future kingdom reign.- see Luke 19:11-15.
Jesus did Not being ruling on the day he was resurrected.
Jesus remained around Earth before the resurrected Jesus ascended to Heaven - Hebrews 9:24; Acts of the Apostles 1:8.
Thus, the resurrected ' first fruits ' of 1 Corinthians 15:23 happens around his ' Christ's' coming '. This was Not in the first century.
The first or earlier resurrection is for people like those of Revelation 20:6; Revelation 2:10; Revelation 5:9-10.
They have a heavenly resurrection and Not on Earth.
The earthly resurrection is future (Acts 24:15) Not in the first century.
So, the throwing of bodies out of their graves because of an earthquake is Not a resurrection.

I do wonder what Scripture you are speaking about _________________
Christians are to be care giving where Earth is concerned - Genesis 1:28 has Not changed.
Genuine ' wheat ' Christians would Not even litter either on land or on water.

Last summer I saw a professed Christian put a recycle item in a stores trash can which was next to the store's recycle bin.
Seeing this another woman also professing to be Christian got out of her car and placed the plastic bottle in the recycle bin.
The first woman smiled and said it does Not matter. So, which woman was more like the ' wheat ' and which one was like the ' weed/tares ' Christian __________

Christians are Not taught to be ' taken away', but for God's kingdom to ' Come ' (thy kingdom come.....)
Daniel 2:44 has Not yet come.
The invitation of Rev. 22:20 is for Jesus to 'come ! '
Not pray to be 'taken away' to Jesus nor pray to be 'taken up' to Jesus.
Notice the advice found at Isaiah 26:20, No being taken away.

In other words the people who saw the rotting corpses in the graves on Friday (and not the rotting corpses) came out of the graves on Sunday and walked down to Jerusalem.

The KJV, however, says that the rotting corpses arose on Friday and then walked down to Jerusalem sometime after Sunday.

51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,

53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

KJV does Not say 'who' came out of the graves or grave yard at Matthew 27:53.
Verse 53 starts out by saying 'AND come out of the graves' or grave yard. It does Not say, " ________ and come out of the graves......"
Verse 54 + goes back to the day of death, Not 3 days later.

I find the earthly resurrection is still future according to Acts of the Apostles 24:15
Even the heavenly first fruits ( holy ones ' / saints - Daniel 7:18) had to wait until the coming return of Christ - Luke 19:11-15; 1 Corinthians 15:23
These are the ones who have that first or earlier resurrection - Revelation 20:6; Revelation 2:10; Revelation 5:9-10.
We are still praying for God's kingdom to come, Not God's kingdom came.
We are still praying the invitation for Jesus to come ! - Rev. 22:20
Even the day God resurrected Jesus, Jesus did Not ascend to Heaven on that day but later - Hebrews 9:24; Acts of the Apostles 1:8.

Yes it does as punctuated by a comma -

"And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, and came out of the graves after his resurrection"

And you guessed right Tony. Although you will not find anything in the OT to support your belief that
your Baháʼu'lláh is the promised one prophesied by 'the Bab.'

The Baha’is, believed the Bab, to be something like John the Baptist, who paved the way for Jesus, or Elijah who is yet to come.

In I863, Baháʼu'lláh, the founder of the Baháʼí Faith, claimed to be the fulfillment of the Báb's prophecy, over one thousand eight hundred after Jesus was placed in the heavenly throne of our Father.

Give us a break mate, and give us some credit for being intelligent.

The entire Bible since the First Word was ever spoken was dedicated to the Glory of God, Baha'u'llah.

I see the Bible is true to its Word, many are called few are chosen, it does not say all Christians are vindicated by saying I believe, just as the Jews still wait, so do the Christians and Baha'u'llah offered

"Consider the past. How many, both high and low, have, at all times, yearningly awaited the advent of the Manifestations of God in the sanctified persons of His chosen Ones. How often have they expected His coming, how frequently have they prayed that the breeze of divine mercy might blow, and the promised Beauty step forth from behind the veil of concealment, and be made manifest to all the world. And whensoever the portals of grace did open, and the clouds of divine bounty did rain upon mankind, and the light of the Unseen did shine above the horizon of celestial might, they all denied Him, and turned away from His face—the face of God Himself. Refer ye, to verify this truth, to that which hath been recorded in every sacred Book."

Thus this is what Baha'u'llah offered to those that wait;

"....whilst they themselves have failed to inhale the fragrance of the meaning of these traditions, and are still oblivious of the fact that all the signs foretold have come to pass, that the way of God’s holy Cause hath been revealed, and the concourse of the faithful, swift as lightning, are, even now, passing upon that way, whilst these foolish divines wait expecting to witness the signs foretold. Say, O ye foolish ones! Wait ye even as those before you are waiting!"

Are you aware that Jesus was speaking to his apostles "ALONE"?

I see Gods Word is eternal, for all generations, the First and the Last. Thus this is applicable to the end of ages, it is a Prophecy as I see the Comforter is Baha'u'llah, the Glory of God.

Of course, you are free to wait and see the Bible as you choose to, a choice that is your understanding. I prefer to listen to who I see is the Comforter, the Spirit of Truth.

If the spirit must guide you into all truth '''separate and apart from the Bible" then all truth is not found in the bible.

I see that truth is written in the Bible, but a new frame of reference is needed.

After all Jesus said that Christ would return to guide us unto all Truth, do you think Jesus was saying that 'All Truth' is not found in the Bible? I do not, I see that Jesus said Christ would return with a New Name, a Name no one would receive unless they embraced the Father, a New Jerusalem, a New Heaven (Word) and a New Earth (Understanding).

"O ye beloved of God! O ye children of His Kingdom!

Verily, verily the new heaven and the new earth are come. The holy City, new Jerusalem, hath come down from on high in the form of a maid of heaven, veiled, beauteous, and unique, and prepared for reunion with her lovers on earth. The angelic company of the celestial Concourse have joined in a call that hath rung throughout the universe, all loudly and mightily acclaiming: “Hail, O City of God! Abide Thou, and make Thy habitation with the pure, virtuous and holy servants of Thine; for they are Thy people, and Thou art their Lord.”

Well you can pray and wait for the Day of the Lord, in which he shall judge the whole world with Justice for a thousand years, but it will not come, until immediately after the greatest tribulation that this world has ever seen, in fact, it it were not for the intervention of the Lord, no flesh would survive that great war to end all wars, when over two thirds of the human race will be wiped out.

I am waiting for that day, and preparing for that day, but I am not looking forward to it.

Your Baha'u'llah offers nothing but flowery words and false promises, I await the salvation of my Lord and pray that he will protect my family and friends in the shadow beneath the wings of his glorious one.

I ain’t never got a penny, always broke I must confess
And the few things that I’m forced to own If I lose em then I guess
I’ve lived without em once before, can live without em once agen
The only things I really needs is me solitude, me pad and pen.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not some mug what thinks that he can write
But anytime I calls me own, doesn’t matter, day or night
You’ll find me at me table, sittin here with pen in hand
Scribbling out some flaming rubbish and tryin to understand
How a man can sit here writtin words, and even without tryin
Jot down me thoughts then read em, and find all the lines is rhyming.

For instance, Just an hour ago, I’s sittin here and pondering
When from the north, then from the south, there comes this distant rumbling
And then me mind goes sorta blank and something moves me arm
And I thinks ....... now should I try and stop it? “Nah it never does no harm.
And words appear as I sit and write, not taking no great notice
Then I reads what’s written here below when me mind comes back in focus.

“To the north of us and to the south, the thunders peeled and the lightening flashed
While up above the sky was clear, not a single cloud hung in the air
The night was still, not a breath of breeze and starlight flickered through the trees
While all around, the wild storm surged, and what did you do? You got the urge
To sit and write this useless poem, when you should prepare for the coming storm.
So when you see the damage done by your apathy and stupor
You might just learn a thing or two that will help you in the future.”

Wellll, it gets me mind a thinkin hey? I’m not one who turns his back
On a lesson from me teacher, Nah, me past has taught me that
And I thinks… well yea, there’s many folk, what live in many lands
Where conflicts rage around em, and it’s getting out of hand.
And they builds emselves an island, You know? A little dome of peace
Where they think the storm won’t hit em, like fools, they think they’re safe

But the storm clouds gather closer, then the lightening and the fire
Invade their dome of safety and they’ve got nowhere else to hide
So I makes meself a mental note and thanks the spirit deep within
For his insight and his knowledge and for sharein his wisdom
And I now make preparation for the great storm soon to come
Oh, I know we can’t avoid it, but we’ll come through it, me and mum

You can keep your gold and silver, and all the diamonds in this land
Cos there comes a time in every life, and I don’t give a damn
How much gold or wealth you got, or what position that you’ve gained
They’ll be useless in that time of Stress, better if you’d filled your brain
With the wisdom of the ages, the most precious thing of all
Cos He’s the one what saves you mate, while all around ya, thousands fall. ......The Anointed.

Christians are not perfect (sinless).

The scriptures I posted are teaching the word of God is perfect (complete). (Jas.1:25) (2Tim. 3:14-17) (2Peter1:3)

Yet they will never get the return of Christ wrong, they are better than the Jews who they see got it wrong.

Sound familiar?
