I know....right?
The Roos are plentiful.....the platypuses are reclusive so we rarely see them....but the @lewisnotmiller (s) are an endangered species.

We are actually thinking of snaring the only one in existence here on RF, and placing him in a captive breeding program.....
Shhhhh now, don't tell him....we have a Louisenotmiller all ready to begin the program. :D I hope his wife will understand. :p
With what would you breed a Lewisnotmiller....dingoes....possums?

Problem was that the actors were working sober.
What are you suggesting....o_O That they can only do an authentic Aussie accent drunk????

I have only heard one or two Yank actors who can do an Aussie accent and not make them sound like Brits or Kiwis......some even have a hint of Sth African....

To be truly authentic, yes.
And it helps if the enabler is beer.

S African is very different.

After much consideration & research, I ordered an Aerobin 400 from Costco.
(Best price anywhere. Free delivery.)
Even though it's of Australistanian design, reviews are positive for those
of us who want minimum work with maximum effectiveness.

1. Kudos on composting. We do so (have 2 large bins) and it's great. And icky. But also great.
2. Kudos on selecting an Australian product. We're great. And icky. But also great.

Of course it's real. Most things there can and want to beat you, box you, bite you, strangle you, poison you, kill you, eat you, and people from there are crazy whackos who jump on alligators, pick up deadly snakes like they're sticks, dodge emu beaks while they tell the emus good day, wrestle lions to pet them like house cats, and catch sharks barehanded just to point all those teeth to people.
Hard lands breed hard people.

Every point listed here appears to be related to my wife. Have you met her?

Facts are facts. You have a rugby team. New Zealand has a team that trains against lions and declares their intents to exterminate, annihilate, obliterate and destroy their opponents before the game begins.

Phht. Rugby Union. We have Aussie Rules. That is both the biggest sport in Australia, and much, much different to Rugby.

Hmm...well, my wife is currently pregnant, and we're all captive (in lockdown), so this was kinda close to reality.
Who am I breeding with next? I'm assuming 'Louise' is a clever pseudonym...

Louise is beautiful.....didn't you see her picture? I'm sure for the sake of nature and science that your wife would be understanding......?

How soon will the newest little Lewisnotmiller be coming into the world? Please apologise to him/her for the state of the planet.....I wish it was in better condition for them to grow up in.

Ha, now I see it.
For some reason I didn't see the pic earlier.

December. We figured a new Lewisnotmiller would be enough to save us all, so we really shouldn't be selfish and abstain.
S/he will be ten years younger than our middle daughter, and 12 years younger than our eldest, so definitely a change of pace for our life!!!

Wow....starting again huh? I have friends who just saw their oldest married whilst Mum was pregnant with a surprise 'straggler'.....after 3 brothers, this little girl is the delight of their lives. She wasn't planned as Mum is in her 40's but it was a textbook pregnancy and she arrived safe and sound.....ten years after the youngest, who is now also a big brother for the first time. :)

Hope all goes well. :heartribbon:

Meh, I'm comfortable with me sexuality.
But the rest of us on RF are not...especially those with
sympathy for the shaved weasels.

I'm finally comfortable with a location for Mr Compost Bin.
Instead of setting it someplace to stay, he sits on a pallet.
I can keep him close to the house for convenience, but
move him away for entertainment.
