Help! Yesterday I am interviewing for a job in a large company and the recruiter chose 3 candidates (including me) So he gave us the task - to find a business application developer and who of the three of us will provide the best, he will get a vacancy. Can you help me with advice?

You don't say whether you are assumed to have expertise in this area. I don't have any myself, but I see that by just googling "business application developers" you can find all sorts of useful stuff, including a draft job description for one. As to how you choose a good one, I suppose you might be able to go by published CVs, or testimonials, which I expect you may also be able to find on the internet.

If I do your work for you, I should get a cut. What are you offering? My standard fee is 20%.

The RF admin pay me 35% of their wages here for my advice.
