Many things are at a much smaller level. Our brahmotsavam here is cut way back. No musicians, no external priests, no ther day. Just the bare minimum as per agamas, so basically one homa a day, with only the sponsors allowed to attend. We volunteered for 3 days out of the 10 to be attendants. Social distancing and masks all the time.
The temple has been open with severe restrictions for a month now.
But yes, construction is another matter. Just today I read of the largest temple yet being built in the Southern hemisphere is delayed. It's a Ganesha temple in Melboune.
Good thing we have patience as a virtue ... that helps. No hurry, no worry.
