do most christians have a codependency relationship with Jesus vs Jesus trying to sever such a relationship when he said was going away so the Holy Spirit would come unto self and hopefully self would listen to it?

I'd say yes, but only because of my own life experience. :D

Essentially, Jesus was a prophet that they grafted into an avatar after Christians ran into other religions who had them and that simply wasn't good enough to make conversions. But, the truth be told, to me, all divisions are worthless. There isn't any at all, but that's my awareness speaking not what I've read. Jesus is as much God as you or I.

I think you are referring to (Jn 14:26-28).

In (Jn 14 /15 /16) Jesus speaking ONLY to His apostles (alone).

This message above is not for you and today. (HS miraculously leading people today)

God speaks only through the written word today (Eph.3:3,4).

God has said all He s going to say according to (2Peter 1:3).

2Pe 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

Our relationship with Christ is conditional according to (1Jn 1:6-9 ; 2:3-6).

1Jo 2:3 ¶ And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

jesus doesn't play favorites; even if hypocrites do. doesn't matter if he spoke to one person or a hundred. he said that he who wishes to be greatest must be servant to all.

This message above is not for you and today.
then none of it is relevant to you today.

God speaks only through the written word today (Eph.3:3,4).
jesus said to hear what the Spirit says, he didn't instruct anyone to listen to paul and ignore the Spirit.

God has said all He s going to say according to (2Peter 1:3).
i'm a gnostic and unlike you, not a believer. i know god

2Pe 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
yes, god has manifest in I AM that i am.

god is omnipresent in self. do you not know that your body is the temple of the indwelling holy spirit?

yes, you can turn your back on love/light at any time.

but i am christ, you are christ, all are christ. john 1:3, colossians 3:11, isaiah 66:1, john 21:15, et al

god is omnipresent in self. this is why the kingdom of god comes from within you and a child is born unto us and the lord thy god is with you

So can you do the miracles the apostles did in the first century? (Jn 14:26)

That is part of what the HS was to help them do. (Mark 16:20) (Heb.2:3,4)

Mt 10:19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. 20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

the thread isn't about miracles. It's about codependency. Jesus said you can do all these things and more; if you believe and ask in the Father's name

If love is the miracle what is the GREATER THING?

Isn't love an emotion? (not a miracle)
from love came light. how do you think miracles arise?

Matthew 13:15

1 John 4:7-21

God is not something apart from self. God is something about self, I AM that i am.
