Me, I'm challenging the Bible itself.

Why do I care?It is contrary to God Almighty's instruction. ( Deuteronomy 22:5) Doing differently-in all manner-constitutes rebellion against Him. If we do not live in harmony with Him, our prayers will not be answered and we condemn ourselves. Compare: Proverbs 15:8, 29; 28:9; 59:12; Isaiah 1:15-20; 48:17-19; 55:8, 9.
What "this" are you responding to?I am not familiar with this. Quoting a scripture would be helpful to me. Thanks!
As I said, the Bible also condemns people who wear cloth made from two different kinds of threads.
How do you suggest people in the fashion industry ought to deal with that?

Would a Sikh, Taoist or Hindu scripture be acceptable?
“Keep my decrees. Do not mate different kinds of animals. Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed. Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.” -- Leviticus 9:19Would you quote a scriptural reference?
Mark La Buda said:
“Keep my decrees. Do not mate different kinds of animals. Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed. Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.” -- Leviticus 9:19
“Do not plant two kinds of seed in your vineyard; if you do, not only the crops you plant but also the fruit of the vineyard will be defiled. Do not plow with an ox and a donkey yoked together. Do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.” -- Deuteronomy 22:9
There are hundreds of such commandments in the Torah. A few orthodox people keep them, but most Jews and Christians cherry pick the ones that support their personal opinions, while reinterpreting or ignoring the inconvenient ones.

Sorry, Mark. Typo. That should be Leviticus 19, not 9.Thank you for replying. Do I assume correctly that Leviticus 9:19 is from the Torah? What you quoted is not in the Christian Bible.
Deuteronomy, which you quoted on the last page, is also a book of the Torah.Thank you for replying. Do I assume correctly that Leviticus 9:19 is from the Torah? What you quoted is not in the Christian Bible.
Deuteronomy, which you quoted on the last page, is also a book of the Torah.
Is there a particular reason why, as a Christian, you allow your behavior to be guided by one part of the Torah, but not the other?
