If God existed, there would be concrete evidence of his existence. This evidence could be demonstrated to anyone.

But just as the evidence the Earth is an oblate spheroid can be demonstrated to anyone today yet there are some people who refuse to believe it, there would be some people who, if presented with evidence of a God who really existed, would refuse to believe that too.

If God performed a miracle, then that would be evidence. After all, a miracle can only be something that could not happen any other way. If it could happen any other way, then we could say that it was just a very unlikely event and should not be counted as a miracle. Any true miracle would require the suspension or outright violation of some law of nature, and that can be measured.

I fully agree and I think that is what has happened. I believe there is evidence but people refuse to believe it.
