Well, we did get you back at Baltimore, where that famous Star Spangled Banner was written.

Here's something you don't want to hear, but as I watch the protests all over your nation right now -- I see something else, too, a little more insidious. Nobody is socially distancing. Nobody is taking precautions. COVID-19 is just about certainly going to flare up again as a direct consequence.
Funny -- I'm just in Baltimore right now, watching "Hairspray" with Harvey Fierstein. Great musicalWell, we did get you back at Baltimore, where that famous Star Spangled Banner was written.
That's all you see, isn't it?Well...that should cut down on some of the looting...
During the Black Death, people voluntarily closed their villages and died.
Now they're wondering why they bothered.
Noif that's the case, I guess the hope is that the heat stops it... does the virus die in heat ?
If you read legitimate studies, you know that covid fatalistic risk is similar to seasonal flu. Many of us have already had it and as usual, our wonderful immune systems successfully fought it off.
What people are not successfully fighting off is herd mentality, constitutional violations (like limited free speech & religion), & the massive world-wide suffering many are experiencing by unnecessarily quarantining healthy people.
I am on my phone but you can just search stuff like this,Do you have source for that? I thought I had also read that people took advantage of desolate lord's manors and stuff as well, so there may have been people that weren't exactly acting in a 'socially perfect' way
Not all areas are like that. Here in my corner of the country, we have a different problem related to COVID 19. (King County is where Seattle is located, where the majority of the COVID 19 cases are in the state.)Here's something you don't want to hear, but as I watch the protests all over your nation right now -- I see something else, too, a little more insidious. Nobody is socially distancing. Nobody is taking precautions. COVID-19 is just about certainly going to flare up again as a direct consequence.
Around here, people are careful....masks, social distancing. Here's something you don't want to hear, but as I watch the protests all over your nation right now -- I see something else, too, a little more insidious. Nobody is socially distancing. Nobody is taking precautions. COVID-19 is just about certainly going to flare up again as a direct consequence.
None of us anywhere want to live a "bubble life". Most of us realize that we owe it to ourselves, our neighbors, the country and the world to act responsibly and not just callously not care if another 100,000 or many more die as long as we can get our selfish way assuming it won't be us or our family or friends who pay for our actions. You want to paint Americans as 'insidious' just because they don't buy into the bubble life?
What do you think?

Rough adolescent years? The last time it was we Canadians. We're not into that anymore.
This group has MANY who have been selfishly pushing to be allowed to congregare for many weeks now, many if them doing it anyways. And this is definitely a group with the amnesia Newsome was talking about.Christians understand that because they try to follow what is in the Sermon on the Mount and the 2nd greatest commandment.
Exaclty. We pick up the pieces and rebuild after a disaster. This should be no different. But it's different because so many don't even want to acknowledge a disaster is happened and is on going. The bubble life is temporary. Death is not.
I have some legitimate studies for my state: social distancing has cut the number of flu deaths down to 103 so far this year in Washington state from 225 this date in 2019, 283 from this date in 2018, and 274 from this date in 2017.Except we have vaccines for flu. We don't for this, so EVERYONE is susceptible. Apply a typical flu fatality rate to 331 million people and see how many could die from this. It is in the hundreds of thousands.
Well a riot that doesn't practice social distancing and proper PPE.....How so?

We were taught it at school iirc.
