Nature and God

If nature is the embodiment of God, do atheists who appreciate nature know God?
I think of nature as God’s creation. Appreciating nature is part of knowing God. I don’t think that being an atheist or not has anything to do with knowing God.

I can't speak for all atheist. It's more about contribution rather than embodiment (which can have different interpretations). I don't associate the awe and I "guess" divinity of nature caused by god. No cause. It's beauty (whatever term applies) in and of itself.

No. And ifs and buts deserve their place. I think we appreciate nature because we (being presumptuous) are an intrinsic part of such, and so many of us possibly feel closer to much other life than we do to fellow humans all too often.

Actually, God is the creator of nature (Genesis). He put man in charge of that nature (Genesis 1:26). While man was meant to be the sanctuary of the Spirit of God, your everyday atheists and Babylon follower, puts themselves in the role of God, as the ultimate judge between good and evil. Of course, according to Genesis, the net result will be death, and apart from Ted Williams and others being kept frozen, to be supposedly revived, they are actually dead. Death is supposed to be the compost for future life, but the walking dead are unable to voluntarily give up their forlorn lives, and try to hang onto to their god status.
