Not just trying to pick on Homosexual's. Many I have talked to ask for refference to Homosexuality being wrong in the "Bible". Here are scriptures that will clear this up. Also many talk about the word "homosexual" as not being a word when the Bible was written. So I have included some words and translations that mean the same thing.

B. Laws That Govern Sexual Behavior: The Prohibition against Illicit Sex and Sexual Perversion, 18:1-30
(18:1-30) Introduction— Immorality— Sex, Perversion of— Perversion, Sexual— Deviancy, Sexual: the moral foundation of society is crumbling. People have been so bombarded with sexual exposure that few restraints against immorality remain. Illicit affairs, spouse-swapping, sexual experimentation, living together without being married—all illicit sex has contributed to the crumbling of morality. But in addition to illicit sex, the perverted forms of sex have bombarded society: homosexuality, pornography, sexual abuse of children and adults, bestiality, and incest. Immorality is hammering away at society with such force that the very foundation of society is crumbling. How can we say this? Because immorality weakens a person: it brings down a man’s desires and appetites to the lowest level; it corrupts a man to live on the level of animals. Immorality causes a person to sink down until he becomes thoroughly corrupt, unable to discern between good and evil, between what is right and what is wrong. When the relationships of society crumble, society itself crumbles. Immorality destroys the relationships between people: the relationship between husband and wife, child and parent, friend and friend, neighbor and neighbor, employer and employee, boyfriend and girlfriend. Once the relationships between people are destroyed, unkindness and all forms of abuse and lawlessness become deep-rooted within society.
Note another fact about immorality: immorality affects all the great virtues and values of life. Just think how the following virtues and values are weakened by immorality:

Þ love and caring
Þ assurance and confidence
Þ joy and enjoyment
Þ stability and a sense of belonging
Þ a sense of purpose and meaning
Þ loyalty and faithfulness
Þ child-bearing and nurturing
Þ peace and security
Þ self-esteem and self-worth
Þ satisfaction and fulfillment
Þ responsibility and accountability

If the problem of immorality is not solved, society will crumble. Immorality is eating away at the heart and foundation of society in four ways.
1) Immorality is eating away at the great virtues and values of life. Immorality is running so rampant throughout society, bombarding the minds of people so much, that cheating and lying and the abuse of the virtues listed above are becoming acceptable.
2) Immorality is leading to all forms of abuse and lawlessness. Immorality has bombarded the minds of people so much that the natural, normal act of sex is no longer satisfying. As a result, more and more people are turning to the bizarre, the perverted, the deviant, and the brutal acts of sex. People are becoming more and more lawless in order to gain or promote sex.
3) Immorality—the stimulation and excitement of illicit sex—is warping the minds of people so that they are calling evil good and good evil, refusing to be honest, denying the obvious danger and wrong of immorality.
4) Immorality has corrupted sex, corrupted one of the most precious, intimate, and enjoyable gifts of God to man and woman. Immorality has taken the holy and pure experience of sex and trampled it underfoot.
God’s Holy Scripture speaks to every generation of people that become obsessed with sex. This chapter is a strong declaration of God against immorality. God tells His people exactly how to behave and live. God’s people are to be marked by morality, by living holy and pure lives in the midst of worldly and immoral people. Moreover, God’s people are never to compromise their witness by having illicit sex or participating in the acts of sexual perversion and deviancy. This is the subject of this most important passage of Scripture: Laws That Govern Sexual Behavior: The Prohibition against Illicit Sex and Sexual Perversion, 18:1-30.
1. The Law-Giver: the LORD (V.1-5).
2. The prohibition against incest: not to sexually approach any close family member or relative (v.6-18).
3. The prohibition against having sex during a wife’s period: her time of discharge, discomfort, mood swings, sensitivity, and feelings of being unclean (v.19).
4. The prohibition against illicit acts and unnatural acts (sexual deviancy) (v.20-23).
5. The warning of God against worldliness, against sexual impurity and deviancy (v.24-30).
1. (18:1-5) Law, Source— Separation— Law, Meaning— Decrees, Meaning— Regulations, Meaning— Egypt, Morality of— Canaan, Morality of: there was the Law-Giver, the Lord Himself. The importance of these laws cannot be overstated. These introductory verses show this. Note the Scripture and outline.
There is strong authority standing behind these laws, God Himself: “I am the Lord your God.” This statement of God’s authority is emphatically declared three times (Leviticus 18:2, 4, 5). The point is striking: God has the right to issue these laws, the right to demand sexual purity. He is holy, and He demands that His people be holy. Note a significant fact in God’s threefold emphasis: the covenant is being reconfirmed with God’s people. Sexual purity is so important that it is wrapped up in God’s covenant with man. Simply stated, if a person will obey God’s law, if a person will live a life of moral separation—a life different from the world of immorality that surrounds him—God will give him life. Again, God makes the emphatic declaration three times: “I am the LORD your God.” Note that God emphasizes a different point each time.
1. God emphatically declares: “I am the LORD your God” (Leviticus 18:2-3). The stress in this declaration is “your God.” This means that you must live a life of separation (Leviticus 18:3). God is “your God”; therefore live a life that is separated, set apart to Him, a life that is moral, that is different from the worldly and immoral people who live around you. God’s people are not to behave as the Egyptians did nor behave as the Canaanites did. Remember, the Israelites had just come out of the land of Egypt, and they were about to enter the land of Canaan where they would be surrounded by the Canaanite people. The Egyptians and Canaanites perverted sex. They practiced the most degenerate, deviant, freakish sex imaginable. They took one of the most precious gifts God had given to man, sex within marriage, and corrupted it. The tragic and disgusting sexual behavior covered throughout this chapter had become a way of life for the Egyptians and Canaanites. History and archeological discoveries show that incest was a common practice among royal families and probably among other families as well. The horrible, distasteful sin of bestiality was practiced, and homosexuality was common, as is witnessed in Sodom and Gomorrha. The Egyptians and Canaanites stand as a warning to all generations of history, a fearful picture of the result of entrenched immorality. They sunk to a depth of unrestrained, reckless immorality. As stated, they indulged in the most horrendous, disgusting sexual acts imaginable: sodomy, bestiality, homosexuality—all forms of sexual deviancy and impurity, illicit and unnatural acts.

God had to separate His people. Holiness demanded it. If they were going to be His people—the holy people of God—they had to be separated from the influence and environment of such sexually perverted people. God’s people absolutely must not follow the practices of such immoral people.

You must not follow the immoral, perverted practices of the Egyptians, nor the immoral, perverted practices of the Canaanites. You must obey God’s laws and follow His decrees because He is “the Lord your God.”
3. God emphatically declares: “I am the Lord” (Leviticus 18:5). This declaration stresses “the Lord” (Leviticus 18:5). This means that the believer will receive life if he keeps God’s decrees and laws. As the Lord, God has the power and authority to give life, life abundant and life eternal. God will keep His covenant. If His people will live holy and pure lives, He will give them life—real life.
Thought 1. Three lessons are clearly seen in this point:
1) We must live a life of separation, a life that is different from the immoral and sexually perverted people of the world. We must not follow the immoral and perverted practices of the world. We must live lives separated, set apart, to God.
“And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation” (Acts 2:40).
“Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty” (2 Cor. 6:17-18).
“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret” (Ephes. 5:11-12).
“Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD” (Isaiah 52:11).
“If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you” (John 15:19).
“Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment” (Exodus 23:2).
“And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares” (Luke 21:34).
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2).
2) We must obey the laws and decrees of God. We must live moral, sexually pure lives before God. We must not commit adultery nor the perversions of incest, homosexuality, and bestiality.
“For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous” (1 John 5:3).
“Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the LORD your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee” (Deut. 6:17).
“And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?” (Deut. 10:12-13).
“But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the LORD charged you, to love the LORD your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul” (Joshua 22:5).
“This day the LORD thy God hath commanded thee to do these statutes and judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thine heart, and with all thy soul” (Deut. 26:16).
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).
3) God keeps His promises, fulfills His covenant. If we obey God and keep His commandments, He will give us life, life abundant and life eternal. But note: we must obey God; we must live moral and pure lives.
“If thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments” (Matthew 19:17).
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death” (John 8:51).
“Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city” (Rev. 22:14).
“Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation” (Exodus 19:5-6).

2. (18:6-18) Immorality— Sexual Impurity— Incest— Family, Duty— Abuse, of Children— Abuse, of Spouse— Children, Abuse of: there was the prohibition against incest. No person is to sexually approach any close family member or relative. This covers the human relationships established by blood or marriage. Families are usually bound together in the closest relationships, especially in the immediate family. But even more distant relatives sometimes maintain a close tie. The home and domestic situations are far too often violated sexually. God wants His people living holy and pure lives; therefore, He spells out what sexual relations are allowed. He leaves no question unanswered. Note the outline and Scripture.
3. (18:19) Women, Menstrual Period of— Menstrual Period, Sex During— Husband, Duty toward Wife— Morality, Duty of: there was the prohibition against having sex during a wife’s period. This was her time of discharge—a time of discomfort, mood swings, sensitivity, and feelings of being unclean. Very simply, God was protecting the woman against an inconsiderate husband. (See note—§Leviticus 15:19-23 for more discussion.)
4. (18:20-23) Deviancy, Sexual— Sex, Deviant— Homosexuality— Bestiality— Sex, Illicit— Behavior, Unnatural— Human Sacrifice— Molech, False God of— Child Sacrifice— Sacrifice, of Children: there was the prohibition against illicit sexual acts and unnatural sexual acts (sexual deviancy). All of these were practiced by the neighbors of God’s people. God’s people are to protect themselves against such illicit and deviant acts of immorality. Note the Scripture and outline.
Thought 1. God wants His people and their families protected against the illicit, unnatural acts of their neighbors. God is holy; therefore, the believer is to be holy. He is to live a pure and clean life, never engaging in the illicit and unnatural sexual acts of the world.

1) God forbids the illicit act of adultery (Leviticus 18:20). Note that adultery defiles both parties. It makes both the man and the woman unclean before God.
“Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart” (Matthew 5:27-28).
“Thou shalt not commit adultery” (Exodus 20:14).
“And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth” (Malachi 2:15).
2) God forbids the illicit act of child-sacrifice to idols (Leviticus 18:21). This was a brutal and savage act. Such a brutal abuse of children is unthinkable. But note: the brutal, savage abuse of children takes place even today. Unborn and newborn children are being killed by the millions every year all over the world, thousands every day. Why? Simply because of selfishness: the child is simply not wanted. Imagine such atrocity! And just as tragic, children are beaten and battered, yelled at and screamed by the thousands every day. There is an epidemic of child abuse sweeping the world. Note what God says: child abuse profanes the name of God Himself. God is disgraced and dishonored by the abusive behavior of parents toward their children. To state the matter a different way: to abuse a child is to abuse God Himself. This God will not tolerate from any human being. Note the warning: “I am the Lord.” There is only one Lord of the universe and that Lord has the power to execute justice and judgment. And the Lord will execute justice and judgment, vengeance upon the child-abuser.
“Thou shalt not kill [murder]” (Exodus 20:13).
“But let none of you suffer as a murderer” (1 Peter 4:15).
“No murderer hath eternal life abiding in him” (1 John 3:15).
“Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward” (Psalm 127:3).
“But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 19:14).
“When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up” (Psalm 27:10).
“And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord” (Ephes. 6:4).
“And they have built the high places of Tophet, which is in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my heart. “Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that it shall no more be called Tophet, nor the valley of the son of Hinnom, but the valley of slaughter: for they shall bury in Tophet, till there be no place. And the carcases of this people shall be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth; and none shall fray them away” (Jeremiah 7:31-33; cp. 2 Kings 17:31; 2 Kings 23:10; Jeremiah 32:35).

3) God forbids the unnatural, perverted act of homosexuality (Leviticus 18:22). Note that God declares that homosexuality is detestable: disgusting, repugnant, repulsive, an abomination. Homosexuality is a perversion of sex, an unnatural act. God gave man a sexual organ and a woman a sexual organ, each made for the other. The organ of man was not made for another man; neither was the woman’s organ made for another woman. Man and woman were made to fit together and to share together. Note, the word abomination (toebah) is a word of strong disapproval. It means extreme dislike; to hate, abhor, detest; to feel contempt and nausea toward.
“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient” (Romans 1:26-28).
“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God” (1 Cor. 6:9-10).
“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies” (Galatians 5:19-20).
“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death” (Rev. 21:8).
4) God forbids the bizarre, detestable act of bestiality (Leviticus 18:23). Note that sexual relations with an animal perverts and defiles a person. Bestiality is a perverted, unnatural, deviant act between a man and an animal. It violates the very God-given relationship between man and animal. Man is to live a holy life before God, and holiness involves keeping everything distinct—separated and set apart to fulfill its God-given purpose.
“And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast. And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them” (Leviticus 20:15-16).
“Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death” (Exodus 22:19).
“Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen” (Deut. 27:21).

1. Warning 1: the believer must not defile himself in any illicit, perverted sexual act (Leviticus 18:24-25). All sin defiles a person, but some sins cause so much corruption and dirt that God especially despises them. Sexual perversion is one of these sins.
Note what God says: sexual perversion was the terrible sin that defiled the Canaanites. Even the land was defiled by sexual perversion. How?
Þ Immorality made the land unfit and unworthy for God’s presence and Tabernacle.
Þ Immorality made the land unfit and unwholesome for God’s people lest the evil influence contaminate them and lead them astray.
Þ Immorality made the land unfit and repulsive to any decent, moral-minded person (cp. Lot, for outline—§Genesis 19:1-38 and notes—§Genesis 19:1-38 for an example).
The land had become corrupted, defiled, despicable because of immorality and acts of illicit and perverted sex. Note what God did: He punished the land because of the sin. He vomited or removed the people from the promised land. What a descriptive picture! A people so sexually perverted that they nauseated the land itself. They just made the land unfit for God and for decent people to live within its borders.
2. Warning 2: God’s people must keep God’s laws and decrees. The believers must not follow the Canaanites in their immoral behavior, must not engage in illicit sex, must not commit sexual perversion (Leviticus 18:25). The believer must obey God: live a holy, moral, and pure life.
3. Warning 3: God’s people must not allow any person—a native-born citizen or a foreigner—to commit such illicit and detestable sexual acts and perversions (Leviticus 18:26-27). Why be so strict when dealing with native-born citizens and foreigners? Because sexual deviancy was a common practice among so many of the Canaanites, and their deviancy polluted and defiled the land. Sex is a normal act. If illicit sex was condoned, many would be influenced and led astray. Therefore, God’s people must work to keep the whole of society morally pure and clean.
4. Warning 4: the judgment of God will fall if illicit and perverted sex is allowed to permeate and corrupt the land (Leviticus 18:28-29). Note what God says:
Þ The land will reject, vomit His people out.
Þ All persons who engage in illicit and perverted sex must be cut off. No matter who the persons are, they will be cut off from God and from the people of God.
5. Warning 5: the believer must keep God’s laws and live a life of separation. He must not follow any of the detestable customs of the worldly (Leviticus 18:30).
6. Warning 6: note the supreme authority standing behind the laws governing sexual behavior: “I am the LORD your God” (Leviticus 18:30). The point is this: God, as the Creator and Sovereign Ruler of the universe, has the power and authority to execute justice and judgment upon His people. And He will.
Thought 1. God warns both His people and the people of the world:

Personally, I have never thought that "I'm right, you're wrong so bite me" is a great Christian way to expound upon ones beliefs.

If you believe that Homosexuality is a sin (which the bible says it is) then Christ has commanded us to LOVE THEM, NOT CONDEMN THEM. We are nobody's judge. I think we are perfectly capable of thinking that homosexuality is wrong but loving homosexuals. Jesus loved sinners all through the NT, he spent all of his time with those who needed him most. He did not push them away, he drew them near. That is what we should be doing too. It serves no purpose to speak to these guys this way other than to divide and cause hurt. That is not my understanding of what Christ preached.
