Not to everyone's taste, but Adult Swim has a lot of great shows, both past and current.
I can especially recommend these....
Mike Tyson Mysteries
The Venture Brothers
Robot Chicken
Samurai Jack
Archer
King Of The Hill
The Critic
The Boondocks
The Oblongs
Moral Orel
Squidbillies

So my wife and I have been watching Scott and Bailey - sort of a British variant of Law and Order SVU - while quarantined.

There must be dozens of other good options out there. Any recommendations?

There's good telly out there, searching for them is part of the fun.
I myself may go blind from reading books but at least not deaf unable to hear the telly.

Porn. You could watch endless hours of porn with your wife.
Absolutely. Either . . .

But seriously, out of boredom I reconnected with Netflix and came across Derry Girls,

an episodic comedy made in Ireland, which is quite good.

Archer airs on FX, not AS, although it would fit right in. It'll probably get rerun rights down the road.

Get'n technical on me, eh....
It originated with Adam Reed (of Adult Swim's Frisky Dingo), & airs on Adult Swim Canada.
This is why you can find it on Ranker's list of Adult Swim shows.
Btw, another Adult Swim connection is that the music is by JG Thirlwell,
who did the music for The Venture Brothers....very Adult Swimish.
