Yall are the ones b*****ng. We can still meet in small groups. Have our Bible study. Worship our Lord Jesus Christ. Sometimes,....don't tell anyone....we may even go over the limit.

No problem though. We will just say we were gettin groceries.

Please present the verses from your Bible that command church attendance.
Then be so kind as to reveal the verses that say it is ok to flat out lie in order to attend the commanded church services.

That the religious arent immune to this dangerous "me me me me me" mentality that has other people paying the consequences. That they don't want to do their part and sit their *** on the couch like we all are needing to do in order reduce the severity of this and not end up like Italy (might be too late by now).
Don't lump all religionists together please.

We who are Christian are not under a law to have to meet. But we are warned that not meeting together is wrong. And we are encouraged to meet together.

(Heb. 10:25) "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."

So you don't like my humor. Too bad. Don't worry. If the Church is meeting somewhere and the authorities raid them, they will not be lying.

Fortunately Christians have done that so well I can just say religion and to most of its understood what is meant. It didn't help Christians, in this manner, that many of them believe they have the only religion that should be called a religion. It's like "god." A very large and massively broad term, but in the West if someone says god they generally mean Jehovah.

But what if the Christian sees meeting with other believers as a necessity?

What if somebody sees getting together to drink some beers and watch a ball game with his buddies as a necessity?

Due to a public health threat, it's illegal. And going to stay that way for awhile. Your opinions about what necessity means aren't going to change that.

If anything, it demonstrates the shallowness of your religious beliefs. If y'all can't get together and pat each other on the back for being "strong in Faith", despite the dangers, your religion just kinda dissolves.
Apparently.

It's starting to remind me of childhood lessons that teach to distinguish between needs and wants. Many adults clearly need a remedial course in evaluating such things properly.

It's not. There life will not end, and their life does not require it.

So, you, the secular atheistic world dictate to the Christian what is a necessity?

And, you are wrong. Their life does require it. Your life does not require it. What a stupid statement you make.

Are you that dense? There is separation of Church and State. Not sports and state. Not bars and state.

Sorry, your opinion about what is a necessity for the Church is not going to change that.

If anything it demonstrates the shallowness of your understanding of church and state. Or, the hypocrisy of it. Take your pick.

You don't know anything about our faith, which will not dissolve. And believers will meet.

Then lie to Government officials and say you're going to the supermarket as you stated in a previous post.

Is lying no longer a sin? Or maybe lying for Jesus is ok?

Good idea. But I already brought it up. Apparently you didn't read much farther as it was a reply of humor to show how ridiculous the idea is.

Go back and reread. Is separation of Church and State a joke? Uhhh....is it? Of course it is.
