I wonder if a more nomadic lifestyle will bring more connection to spiritual groups and people :)
Maybe it would be possible to visit more people who see the world through alternative living as a benefit to society?

Any thoughts?

We can only be virtual nomads at present, being in lockdown and self isolation and all....:(

That can either be a blessing or a curse in today's world....There are so many horrible people out there who are opportunists and will rob you blind if you are a trusting soul. This world will chew you up and spit you out. The life you speak of is perhaps a dream for another time....but not now.

God is in the process of bringing in a new world of peace, and we all need what he is offering.....but first he has to clean up this world before he can achieve what he wanted to do all along. He is looking for the peace loving ones who will make good citizens for his incoming Kingdom. You sound like a good candidate....;)

It will be a challenge, yes, and it is true that it can be more dangerous out there because of how the world has become. but unfortunately, I do not have a choice at this time in my life, So have to be strong and do my best to say safe :)

Permanently without internet is indeed crazy talk. :)

Though it is good to detox from it every now and then.
We only use the internet because we "think" we have to. it is the governments and internet companies who earn money on us buying internet service and phone service. And yes public access to applying for help is mainly made so you have to have the internet. But I do not believe that it is a must.

Harriett was born and lived on a mountain, where only a few others lived. They spent most of their time in meditation and found the food they need in nature. Their clothing was also from nature, leaves etc. She knew nothing but peace and harmony.
One day she decided to see what a 'town' is. She heard of these places where lots of persons live together.

So she descended into a local town and as soon as she entered, she was arrested(for being looking weird) by a policeman and put in solitary for 3 weeks. She was given some bread and water every day.

After the 3 weeks, she returned to her home and the others asked her what the town was like.
She said , it was wonderful, pretty much the same as here.
When I arrived I was met by the king who gave me my own room to meditate in. I did not even have to leave for food.
Isn't life wonderful.

Some like the "benefit" of the City, I tried that and I don't like it that much, or should I say I like it less and less. I also tried seclusion before, and that I loved, but that lifestyle is not for everyone.
I do not look for the easy fix of problems anymore. and I don't look for a community where there are a lot of people.

The point of the story(as I understood it) was that Harriett saw no difference.
I am reminded of a friend of mine who travelled in a hippy-van through areas where the Iran-Iraq war was happening(1980s).
When I asked him if he wasn't scared, he said that he had no idea there was a war, he just saw lots of soldiers laughing and waving at them.

That's a topper. One of the best stories I have heard. And very inspiring, especially being in lockdown now.

Yes, but this is not in the "real world" it's only on internet :) What I like to search is the connection person to person outside of the digital world :)
