Nonphysical beings help hinder - not just first site? -

A recent discussion I had with Rosemary Ellen Guiley about her new book, The Djinn Connection, had initially caused me to wonder about this. Discussing it with a colleague, he shared his own belief that, “behind much of the paranormal realm there’s some sort of inter-dimensional component, and so maybe entities living in other dimensions have the ability to enter our reality.” As Guiley discusses in her book, what we historically and on folkloric terms have called the djinn are actually spirit entities that have existed in our world since before humans claimed dominion over the Earth, and that these beings, much like faeries, are sentient intelligences that exist apart from our reality, but nonetheless in our midst, on a separate dimensional plane. It is due to the limitations of conventional human perception, Guiley says, that we are normal incapable of perceiving such entities, which can be harmful to humans that seek to interact with them.

Going through a spiritual awakening is one of the most confusing, lonely, alienating, but also supremely beautiful experiences in life.

Put simply, spiritual awakenings mark the beginning of your initiation on the spiritual path. Without experiencing a spiritual awakening, we go throughout life pursuing the emptiness of money, fame, power, and respect in an attempt to find “happiness.”

The unsettling and equally beautiful thing about spiritual awakenings is that they occur at the least expected times. There is no way you can plan for them. They lurch into your life and shake everything up like tornadoes. But the hidden gift buried deep within them is that they occur at the precise time that you need them the most.

Strong Self Love, Self Belief, No One Can Hold Us Down

We are, at long last, at home in this universe. We belong here. We are loved whilst the angels have our back. The old illusion that we're flawed, not as good, not as rich, not as "much" as others is blown out of the water. As we love ourself, we are more enabled to be generous with that love to others. We have knowledge which no one can take away. We are who we're meant to be when deciding to be born on this world.

We can be an example to others and remain above the drama that still plagues those who are yet slumbering. Give yourself time to discover all that you are, all that you can be. We can smile knowing there are no wrong turns, only learning and lessons. We are always forgiven by God. All of us are created in PERFECTION, and the secret is out! All we have to do is to have fun, grow, learn and share in this playground called Earth. We will always be spiritual, divine beings. What could be more perfect than that?

Embrace your darkness

Embrace Your Dark Side, Face Your Monsters — Exploring your mind

A taste -

If you never embrace your dark side, your suffering will never end. Stop hiding from your monsters. Face them and find the path to enlightenment.

Find a quiet place and sit down. This moment is for you, only for you. This is the time to embrace your dark side. Forget about the noise and your unfinished to-do list. Let that negative voice in your head fade away, little by little. Enjoy the silence.

For those who don’t know how to appreciate it, silence is bad company. But if you’re capable of discovering its essence, silence can be incredibly gratifying. Listen to it.

Maybe you think it’s impossible for silence to communicate anything, but give it a try. Silence is often the path to connecting with ourselves. In this case, to connecting with your inner self. Don’t be afraid of it nor run away.

Enjoy your day!

Ascension process fatigue

Tips for Handling Ascension Weariness Syndrome

If you are relating to any of this, know you are not alone. And that weariness is a natural response to everything that both is and is not happening during these transitional times in the ascension process.

But, fortunately, there are some things you can do to combat the sense of weariness when it threatens to come over you.

Laughter and joy combats weariness well.

1. Take Time for Fun: If you find yourself getting too serious in your life, focusing mainly on what’s not working and what needs healing, realize how depressing that can be. Remember fun? Remember doing things that bring you pleasure? Remember laughter and play?

There are times when we may feel like we cannot be grateful about anything in our lives. Losing a job or feeling burned out can contribute to one’s negative attitude. Experiencing financial losses or not being able to make ends meet can hurt deeply. Enduring physical or mental health challenges can drive us to feel hopeless. Missing a loved one, seeing one’s child suffer, and relationship difficulties could be additional reasons to feel apathetic.

The list can go on, but research shows that it’s possible to change our perspective despite life’s hardships. We can change our brain chemistry toward feeling more at peace with ourselves and become more grateful. Consider the following points:

Saying thank-you and showing your appreciation does more good than you may think. This benefit accrues both to the giver and recipient. Indeed, these types of expressions and acts are powerful forms of gratitude. Yet, while it may seem normal to be verbally appreciative at certain times and with specific people, there’s much more that you can get out of gratitude at other times. Here’s a look at how gratitude can affect your physical and psychological well-being.

“The next time you lose heart and you can’t bear to experience what you’re feeling, you might recall this instruction: change the way you see it and lean in. Instead of blaming our discomfort on outer circumstances or on our own weakness, we can choose to stay present and awake to our experience, not rejecting it, not grasping it, not buying the stories that we relentlessly tell ourselves. This is priceless advice that addresses the true cause of suffering—yours, mine, and that of all living beings. ”
