Bernie Sanders is Getting a Raw Deal by Some Democrats

They mostly want Sanders supporters to stay home in November.
It's a Batman gambit. Knowing that the DNC will steal the win from Bernie when possible, it would destroy the democratic party.
Only, when Bernie gets the nomination, he would beat Trump.

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Isn't it truly WONDERFUL how members of the Trump party and his minions all spontaneously and with no central source start writing about how terrible Bernie Sanders is being treated.

I applaud the right's dedication to socialism; it's truly inspiring that we're all coming together under the banner.

So welcome, brothers and sisters, to the one true party that is lighting the way to the future where all people will be treated equally by the government as the Founders espoused in the Declaration of Independence.

I even hope Bernie Sanders gets the nomination. It will vindicate everything I've been saying about the Democrat party and a socialist Bernie nominee will be the perfect opponent for Trump to run against.

Machiavelli comes to mind but they can't admit what they really are, they have to keep up appearances but it doesn't mean others can't see the rotten wood behind the cheap, flaking, gold paint.
Nah, they want to keep up appearance, they don't need to - as Trump has demonstrated.

I'm pretty sure Hillary Clinton thought the exact same thing about Trump.

The way one "getting any worse" is to defeat the narcissistic wrecking ball defaming the presidency rather than dismissing his victims.

A true believer. :)
I hope it all works out exactly as you want it to.
Unfortunately I lost my faith a while back.

If it was a "stick of dynamite" to blow out the entrenched I'd say Hillary would be spot on.

BOOM!!!
As opposed to Sanders?
I'm not especially fond of him as a candidate because I don't think he'll win and I don't think he could implement his policies if he did.

But lots of people, myself included, thought the same about Trump at this time in 2016.
Look what happened.

A combination of Democrats overconfidence and a general "throw the rascals out" attitude resulted in the biggest political upset win of my lifetime.

I tend to agree with you on at least one point -- a Sanders presidency could never implement its policies. Congress could never get onside with most of it.

Well I'll give you this. Hillary hasn't changed too much on Sanders.

Hillary Clinton goes after Bernie Sanders again: His campaign is 'just baloney'

It's pretty sickening to see these sociopaths beat this guy down, not much different than a pack of chimpanzees beating and torturing a perceived weak member of the tribe. Like most of us I like to see the underdog win or at least go down fighting in a blaze of glory with both middle fingers extended. Bernie Sanders has declared war on the democrat establishment and it is a beautiful thing.

Careful, it was reported by CNN.
Sanders 2020 campaign just declared war on the Democratic establishment - CNNPolitics
Could be fake news.

Because neither the Demopublicans nor the Republocrats are much interested in Sanders' populism.
Sanders wants to take care of the people. Both party's elites are more interested in taking care of the rich. They mostly differ on the lies they tell in order to get elected.

How do you think Sanders got into the Democratic primaries in the first place?

The Clintons powned that party. They were so thoroughly in control that nobody would even run against Godzillary for the nomination. Sanders was brought in as a token opponent so it wouldn't be so obvious that Clinton was already the Democratic nominee.

At least, that's what I think.
But both the Dems and the Pubs hit a third rail of populist sentiment in the voting public. The Pubs got their populist candidate and the Dems didn't, so with a bit of careful manipulation the Pubs took the White House.
