1) Jesus isn't in the OT wherein the "Ten Commandments" are found. "the Lord" refers to YHWH, not Jesus.
2) Christ isn't a name. Which is what the commandment says. It's a descriptor. "Christ" isn't Jesus' surname.
3) Looks like you're running out of cute answers, so now you're just flinging crap around to look kewl. It's not working.
4) The "evidence" shows that the designations of east/west and what they signify, and how they are derived, is both standardized and well-known. But you'll never admit that you were a) wrong, b) posting provocatively, or c) employing a cheap misdirection tactic.

As for Calendrical changes, all of those are accounted for by the Bible, History and Chronologists, and all clearly show that the week has remained the same since time began, for that is how the so-called 'Jews', at present know the 7th day, and how the Christians who keep God's sabbath definitely know the 7th day, and how Christians the world over know when Jesus arose from the dead, being the first day of the week; and how the Muslim population know when Friday is, for each of group has preserved in themselves for the last 2,000 years, (Muslims the last 1400-1200 years depending on one's understanding of the origins of Islam):
God stated the week in Creation (Genesis 2:1-3), and stated it again at the Exodus (Exodus 16; 20:8-11), and again in the days of Jesus Christ (Luke 4), and again in the days of the Apostles (Acts, Hebrews), and again in the final days of John (Revelation 1:10, 10:6, 14:6-7, etc), along with his own Gospel (written after Revelation), as well as the prophets fortelling of the continued keeping of the sabbath, the 7th day, long after the Cross, as Jesus (Matthew 24:20); Isaiah (Isaiah 56:1-8; 58:13, 66:22-23), etc.
Loss of time through Calendrical changes? Are you telling me that God not only lost track of time, or that He wouldn't faithfully remind mankind of the proper time that He set in motion from the beginning? Are you telling me that the population of Jews, scattered the world over on several occasions, all lost tract of when the 7th day was at the same time, or over the centuries (and where is the evidence of this)?, or that the body of Christians (made up of both repenting Jew and Gentile) also scattered the world over, somehow also forgot all at the same time when the 6th day, the 7th day and the first day of the week is? Are you suggesting that the chronologists, among the pagans, heathen, atheists, sea farers, and or Muslims, Jews and Christians, all somehow couldn't discern the sunrise and sunset, then phases of the moon, the rotations of the earth, the position of the stars and the days of the week were so lost as to you (who claim to honour the resurrection of Jesus Christ upon the first day of the week) cannot actually tell, and are now suggesting that the actual first day of the week is Monday (and that you know this, and still go to church on Sunday)?
Are you suggesting that the days of the week, are affected by the days of the month?

So, after sharing all of the information in this thread, where is even one verse in scripture, that shows "the Lord's day" is "Sunday" (aka, 'first [day] of the week")? We await any person to produce that text.
We have provided many texts which show, that John, as a Jew following the Messiah (Jesus Christ), knowing the "oracles of God" (Romans 3:2; Hebrews 5:12; 1 Peter 4:11), and gifted with the "spirit of prophecy", being the "testimony of Jesus", understood that the "Lord's" day in scripture, has been from the beginning, and all throughout even until his own time, the 7th day the sabbath of the LORD. (Genesis 2:1-3; Exodus 20:8-11), and will forever be on into eternity (Isaiah 66:22-23).
Exo 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Rev 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
This is why in Revelation 14:6-12, John cites Exodus 20:11, in reference to the Church which "keep(s) the commandments of God", and are thus who keep, "... the LORD('s) ... day ...", which is the sabbath of the LORD, the 7th day in which God rested from the foundation of the world.

I've already produced Rev. 1:10, which many scholars assert refers to the first day of the week. You've chosen to dismiss it.

Dismiss is the wrong word. I have shown by scripture, that the 'scholars' (Malachi 2:12) are wrong. Those which you have attempted to cite, have been shown to be forgeries, imaginary renditions of greek translations, falsely represented, etc.

Here's what Malachi says:
"10 Have we not all one father? Has not one God created us? This is from one of the bests translations to date. I don't see anything in here about bible scholars who exegete ancient texts. I don't know what you're referring to that I've "attempted to cite." The passage from Revelation is from the same translation.

It is truly sad to see that those who claim to follow the Bible, and the Bible only, cannot from that same Bible they hold, defend their position, without using threats of violence, without using force, without abusing their authority, and erasing and burying the argument of another. What a sad circumstance that is, for it is the same spirit that burned John Huss' materials and then him, and is the same spirit that tried to bury Jesus' words and then kill him. Therefore, I invite that same individual, BroParrish, to come here, and defend their argument on even playing field, where they cannot erase the argument they cannot defend against. If they do not - it really shows what spirit they are of, and what their real position is, not Bible, but "tradition", and are as verily Papist as the Romanist, but are closet baptist Papists.
