New It might be a little late--I had to work today & just saw this thread. My intuition tells me you might appreciate Uakti's Aguas da Amazonia composed by Phillip Glass.

The Third Coast Percussion ones in this list are not as good as the ones by Uakti, so look for the ones by Uakti--their instruments sound better imo.

What music should I listen to?

New music with lots of bass from a younger generation; I find this music is so much more rhythmically moving than the music of my generation.

but 'classic rock' is an oxymoron.
Listen to some Cream, Moody Blues, George Harrison (solo), Eric Clapton, and you will have some smooth sailing.

Of course Handel, Bach, Beethoven et. al. are great as well. Even Blues can stir your soul.
