What does the "Aleph and Tav" mean?

Who? It is the first and last, and the beginning and end, of the Hebrew aleph-bet just as alpha and omega are the first, last, beginning and end of the Greek alphabet

The letters "aleph" and "tav" do not mean "beginning" and "end".
I'm not sure what "Aleph and Tav" means. But I am very sure that the two letters "Aleph and Tav" stand for the "Beginning and End", because the letter "Aleph" is the first letter, one can assume that this letter stands for the "Beginning" and because the letter "Tav" is the last letter of the alphabet, one can assume that this letter stands for the "End".

"Aleph and Tav", "Beginning and End" and "First and Last" are all the same, in my opinion.

Revelation 22:13
I am the Aleph and Tav, the Beginning and the End , the First and the Last.

Can you answer my question? Do you know what that means?

So your saying, that my youngest sibling stands for "the End", because he's the last sibling in my family, while I stand for "the Beginning" since I'm the eldest. I wish you could see how ridiculous that sounds, but judging by your other posts, I'm not hopeful.

Since there's no such verse in Rev. 22:13 with the words "I am the Aleph and Tav" and the remainder of the original verse was taken almost straight out of Isaiah, I'd guess it means that you like to make up your own verses by recycling verses from authors who've plagiarized their content.

Did I win?

It seems like you don't understand me.

I haven't changed anything or invented anything, for "Aleph and Tav" and "Alpha and Omega" are the same.

Not exactly, but close enough.

Aleph and Tav and Alpha and Omega are both the first and last letters of their respective alphabets. And...that's about it where the similarities end. A better parallel would be have been the Tau, since it's the actual parallel to the Phoenecian/Hebrew Tav. But the Greeks added on some extra letters after that one and the NT was written in Greek after all.

Anyways, unless you have some evidence that Aleph and Tav were historically used to represent the first and last of something, you're just wrong.

And who is the "Aleph and Tav", "Beginning and End", "First and Last" ?
First and last letters of Hebrew alphabet. It is Jesus who the "Word of God" and all words are comprised of letters. By Jesus saying He is the Alpha and Omega (or Aleph Tav) this means He is all the Word of God.

God forms all Words with His breath just like we do. But His breath is not air like ours is; it's eternal and infinite Spirit and so the Word of God is the Spirit of God sent out with special vibration or intention and that intention takes form of Words and so by this "code" God creates all things.

This could indeed be true. I myself had this thought that the "Aleph and Tav" could symbolize the "speaking".
And thus the "Word" could actually means "Aleph and Tav", for if one translate John 1:1 literally into English, then one would read:
In the beginning was the speaking,.. and through the speaking was all made,..

What it means exactly I cannot say, but in one thing I am sure that the "Aleph and Tav" has a very big meaning.

Revelation 1:17
I am the First and the Last and the living. I was dead, and behold, I am alive from eternity to eternity.

Isaiah 44:6
I am the First, and I am the Last, and there is no God but me.

Revelation 1:8
I am the Aleph and the Tav, says the Lord God, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.

Revelation 21:6
I am the Aleph and the Tav, the Beginning and the End.

Revelation 22:13
I am the Aleph and the Tav, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

You are misquoting Revelation 22:13. It does not use Aleph and Tav, since it was not written in Hebrew. It was written in GREEK, and uses Alpha and Omega.
