Tehran plans to sue President Trump, his administration and the US military in the international criminal court over the targeted killing of Iran’s revered Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, according to a report.

“We intend to file lawsuits in the Islamic Republic, Iraq and The Hague Court (International Court of Justice) against the military and government of America and against Trump,” said Gholamhossein Esmaeili, a spokesman for the Iranian judiciary, the Tehran Times reported.

“There is no doubt that US military action was an act of terrorism,” he said. “Trump personally has confessed ordering this criminal act and that is the strongest evidence that a court could have.”

This made my day !!! The hubris of these idiots is astounding.

Let them sue. In response, we can sue them for a whole plethora of terrorist acts.

More boffo entertainment brought to you by the regime that shoots down airliners as a hobby.

They will have tons of lawsuits from the action of their elite ( yeah, right ) republican guard. They won't pay on any of them.

Iran's goal is to always appear to be the victim of the big satan, and the little satan. After all, it wasn't their fault they blew away an airplane full of innocent people, it was Trumps.

They have the democrat party now on their side, who knows what further victimology will net them.

It is like Japan suing us because we sank one of their midget submarines in Pearl Harbor about a half hour before their planes arrived and destroyed our battleships and destroyers.

It is simply the mad mullahs way, they try and attack on any front that they can get away with.

Don't worry....Democrats hate Iran too. If they pretend
otherwise, it's only for political gain over Trump. Once
that usage has passed, they'll be back to threatening
to obliterate Iran in the interest of Israel.
