No.The pot calling the kettle black?
Only pixies.I think @Revoltingest uses proxies.
I quit for several hours.No.
I can quit anytime.
Every now & then, I leave RF for several minutes just to prove I can.
IIDB (Internet Infidels Discussion Board). Survives with another name and ownership (Talk Freethought), but forum format does not hold my interest.Where did the bug first bite you? What was your first internet forum (no links please, just the name)? Is it still active or did it die a slow an painful death? Are you active on other forums or do you post here exclusively?
Okay, I admit it.... Now what? Is there a treatment program?
The first forum I ever posted on was Planet Baha'i and I came there on January 13, 2013. After that I posted on The Forum for Progressive Christianity, the Adult Christian Forum, The Holy Trinity, the Opinion Forum, Skeptics & Heretics, and Believer, Unbeliever, Ex-believer forum.
During that time I started my own forum called The Spiritual Horizon.
Of all those forums, the only one that is still very active is Believer, Unbeliever, Ex-believer forum (BUE), but it is not as active as it used to be. All those other forums are dead or very inactive. My forum was very active before I ran off to the BUE forum, where I spent most of my time before I came here. My forum has not been very active for years, but I keep my forum going because there are some regular posters who have been there for a long time. We are all friends, and they like the small group and my liberal policies.
I was just joking."Treatment program! We don' need no stinkin' treatment programs..."!
What about the smart phone.... How long can you go without it?And I don't take a smart phone with me to living history events to check on forums. I could stop any time. Really.

I think that smart phones are more addictive than forums and it seems like everyone is addicted to them and they cause car a lot of accidents.
I do not have a smart phone, I just have a regular cell phone, and I hardly ever use it,only to make personal calls when I am at work,or to call my husband if I get stranded on my bike riding to or from work.

Sudden death, painful to some of us, with a valuable legacy that was saved by some quick action by some people. Is it still active or did it die a slow an painful death?
During the last two years it has been almost exclusively here, against my better judgment. Are you active on other forums or do you post here exclusively?
Sheesh.... I thought I was the only one.I didnt have a mobile phone (wont call them smart phones because they aren't) for years. People thought i was odd using a landline to make phone calls, a camera to take pictures, a radio to listen to the radio and s computer for computery things..
Work necessity forced me to eventually get one. Now it sits on the shelf and is only carried when i take a car out. It can get quite remote here and in case of breakdown or accident then its a essential tool (assuming there is a signal)
Sheesh.... I thought I was the only one.
We still have two landlines with cords, and a third one that is cordless, but it is downstairs and we never go down there anymore. My husband and I each have a cell phone, but only for emergencies or in case I have to make calls from work.
I seldom use my smart phone. I don't even know if it still has a valid SIM card. My old Samsung has a battery life of about 10 days. It functions as an alarm clock and I can make and take calls. All I need, especially when far away from electricity. What about the smart phone.... How long can you go without it?
