We’re at a point in time where people are waking up all over the world. It kinda sucks tho when you’re the only one experiences these things in your circle of friends and most people around you. This website has been one of the best things in supporting my awakening, not too sure where I’d be without the insight, wisdom, and perspectives of you Hethens here! I wanted to see if anyone else is undergoing a spiritual awakening and see if you’ve gone through similar pain/anguish and troubles, and maybe advice on completing my journey. I first experienced an awakening around 2 years ago after reading The Power Of Now. That **** completely changed my whole perspective and was the first time i felt the wonderful power of the present. Ever since i felt my purpose was to completely transform into a completely enlightened being. Yes I’ve had amazing experiences since then, learned about the vast limitless energy there is within, and done things to amaze myself and others, but it has NOT been a smooth ride.

The difference in today's post is really about the intensity that grows within us as we have learned how to shed top-level and mid-level issues. The more we understand through experience how much we benefit from releasing issues, the more we want to do it. Additionally, we grow more and more confident and trusting of ourselves as we see that facing issues continually brings peace, joy, and clarity. Above all else, we lose attachments to the issues we find because realize that despite old toxic beliefs, those attachments and issues emphatically do not give us what we want. In releasing attachments, we derive a huge amount of power in dissolving issues.

Positively present fall in love with your flaws

Like it or not, we're all flawed. Not a single one of us is perfect. And that's one of the great things about life. We all have so many wonderful things to offer -- and, yet, we're not always so wonderful. Not only do we have flaws, but each of us struggles with feeling flawed (which is, perhaps, a flaw in and of itself). But whether the flaws that plague you are emotional, mental, or physical flaws, the key to overcoming them is knowing how to accept them -- and ultimately fall in love with them. Because, as the Alexis Yael has so wisely stated, our flaws are what make us unique. They are what ground us. They are, in a sense, what keep us in the present.

Of course we all know how difficult it is to accept (and love!) flaws. It's a difficult thing to do when it comes to other people and when it comes to ourselves, well, it's can seem nearly impossible. But, hard as it might seem, it is possible to love even the most flawed parts of yourself. And not only is it possible, it's essential to living a positively present life. To live positively in the present, you must love yourself for who you are -- and loving yourself means loving even the not-so-great parts of yourself. Learning to love your flaws might feel like a constant battle, but that acceptance, that love, is worth fighting for. Here's how to get started ...

Spiritual awakening and the edge of insanity -

The Awakening process is filled with all sorts of twist and turns. The most crippling is probably when you start to grapple with the feeling of losing your mind, literally and figuratively.

The mind is trying to process multiple realities at once which creates a bizarre dissociation. Dissociation creates the realization that nothing is real or it creates the opposite, I am officially losing my mind, this is crazy!

Awakening is very real. I am here to tell you,

You are not crazy and best of all you are not alone.

Spiritual awakening not easy!? -

But we are too attached to the lies. We want to hold on to the illusions and to become enlightened at the same time. That is not possible. But there are hundreds of phony gurus and ‘spiritual teachers’ that will tell you it is. They offer you processes to become happy, fulfilled, calm, find your soulmate, be positive, get the right job, make lots of money, balance the chakras, become healthy and whatever else you may be desiring. This has nothing to do with awakening. This is only polishing the ego. They all lead you right back into the matrix. You may even be lucky enough to get a golden cage, but it is still a cage, and you remain imprisoned in slavery. This is the road that most people choose to follow. This road is well traveled by the herd.

Awakening is a Destructive Process

Yet to fully read through it but looks spot-on for me!

More to come ... be patient ... :)

This is a really important issue. If you are having a psychotic break, then you need help. If you are going through sudden spiritual enlightenment, you should not be mistakenly diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. But how can you tell the difference?

I do not have any easy answers for you. I have never been mentally ill, so I have nothing to compare it to, personally. I have been around people who were having psychotic breaks and believed they were finally enlightened. It was pretty scary, really. Here are some things to look out for.

Spiritual awakening chaos emotions

As it is well known in spiritual circles, the early stages of awakening often turn one’s life upside down. It certainly does seem unfair; if we get more honest with ourselves and others and practice more kindness and compassion, why should we suffer more?

Awakening is like opening the door to a closet stuffed with emotional baggage from the past – perhaps even from past lives. When we open that door and start to consciously face these issues, all kinds of stuff may fall out on our heads.

Just as in physical life, no one really likes cleaning closets, but at some point, we get tired of all that mess and feel inspired to dig in and tackle the job. We want to feel more organized and on top of things, and to make room for new “stuff” – new experiences, insights, abilities, peace and understanding.

Guide ascension emotions -

Changes in mood

Your heightened sensitivity may affect you emotionally as well as physically. As part of the ascension process, you may find that you experience rapid changes in mood. You may also experience increased empathy. As well as being more sensitive to the emotions of others, you also find yourself dealing with emotional disturbances from the past. While this may feel uncomfortable, it is part of the process of healing and developing.

As well as these negative emotions you may also experience unaccountable moments of joy and bliss. You may find that you experience intense feelings of love for all beings. You may be overwhelmed to the point of tears by the beauty of a flower, the laughter or a child or the tears of a loved one.

The important thing is not to deny or repress these feelings but to experience them. Allow yourself to cry or be angry if you need to.

Write a letter to someone who hurt you, or to yourself, to express these feelings. Talk to someone you trust if your feel it will be helpful. Or simply laugh, sing, cry or dance the feelings. You can also journal, paint or express these emotions in some other creative outlet.

When strong emotions come up, breathe, face and feel the emotion in whatever way feels appropriate, and then when you’re ready, let it go.

Is your anger getting out of control? Is it getting harder and harder to stop flaring up at people? Do you wonder why you always tend to use anger instead of other emotions in stressful situations?

Getting angry is not productive, it can be scary for those around you and it rarely solves a problem. If you are always using anger and cannot seem to break out of this tendency, it might be useful to understand where your anger is coming from.

Angry responses do not appear out of thin air. They are typically attached to another feeling and are often covering those other feelings up. What your job is to decide what those other feelings are and then to tackle them, in order to break the anger cycle.

Wake up world embrace your darkness

Quite a few!?

A very big obstacle on our journeys of personal growth and self-understanding is our tendency to become enamored by the promise of “peace” and “love,” and in the process, shy away from experiencing the more difficult and darker elements of self-exploration. It’s not that love and light don’t have their places in our journeys—they most certainly do. But if these brighter, more appealing qualities are emphasized to a degree that involves the repression of darkness, and a resistance to the harder aspects of inner exploration, then we are creating an imbalance within ourselves.

Soul retrieval mental illness

Most shamanic cultures around the world believe that all illness is due to the loss of the soul.

There are many common symptoms of soul loss. Some of the more common ones would be dissociation where a person does not feel fully in his or her body and alive and fully engaged in life. Other symptoms include chronic depression, suicidal tendencies, post traumatic stress syndrome, immune deficiency problems, and grief that just does not heal. Addictions are also a sign of soul loss as we seek external sources to fill up the empty spaces inside of us whether through substances, food, relationships, work, or buying material objects.

Anytime someone says I have never been the same since a certain event and they don’t mean this in a good way, soul loss has probably occurred.

Lost soul equals lost vitality.

Soul Retrieval is not a method that creates miraculous results after one session. It does for some but this is not the norm. Soul Retrieval is a process.

Dealing With the Challenges of Being an Empath (or Highly Sensitive)

I am a catalyst, but when I sit with people, where given to, I can literally feel what’s going on inside their field. I can feel their blockages and know their karma like reading a book; I can see entities and implants. The field is awash with this density – people’s fields are. And I can see that if I couldn’t switch this gift off, then I could potentially take the world upon my shoulders, have it tidal wave through my emotions.

You have to be able to always find your vibe, no matter what it going on.

The point is, I actually don’t have to switch these feelings off – that just happens. It’s like my consciousness hones in on what it’s supposed to, works with it, but then literally drops it like the proverbial hot coals. Once more, I find myself resting in the purity of my own vibration. So maybe there’s a clue here for an empath? If I could share how this works for me, then maybe it could help the catalysts divine complement – the empath?
