The world is rotten.

Just wondering why would the smell of someone makes them a bad or rotten person? :D
Because they stink: rotten eggs likewise stink. I believe in clean clothes, taking showers, using soap and using deodorant. Being poor is no excuse for body odor. Even our homeless shelters offer hot showers, soap, toilet items, clean clothes and towels to the needy. And yes, they even offer razors.

I would like all the rottenness to be removed from my nation first. Clean up "America First"! Deport all the Asians, middle-easterners, Russians and Indians. The word "global" is not enumerated in Our Constitution.
You're being deported to Australia.

Let us say that anyone fitting one or more of the "conditions" (for lack of a better term) you listed in the OP was automatically transported to (for lack of a better location) Australia.
You get no say in the matter.
No exceptions.
As soon as they annoy (for lack of a better term) you, POOF, they gone.
To keep this simple, your opinion is the only one that triggers this phenomenon.

How long before the earths population is contained on Australia?
However long it would take to meet and interact with over seven million people.

I think the OP needs some mental health support. I have seen several threads written by him lately and they do read like someone who is old, bitter, xenophobic, sexist, but above all else depressed. I know I shouldn't do any armchair diagnostic, but it does look like some people I knew who suffered from depression and serious anxiety issues.

So this person minding his own business in a hole, is a rotten person, because his beliefs are different than yours?

How exactly is that not breaking several of your rules?

Rotten people are people who are rude.

Rotten people are people who are mean.

Rotten people are people who are not compassionate.

My doctor has already emailed me saying Prozac will be prescribed. I hope it might cover up some of this rottenness of this century.

I am living near Fort Sill and all those dam cannons they are firing at the range there are shaking my crackerbox apartment. I don't know why there isn't a law requiring residential housing to be far enough away from such nuisance noise. There are elderly and infirm people living at my apartment complex.

So that’s why you US citizens want all your military in Iraq...

American males never have any humor regarding being called a female word.
Never, ever, even in this, have the chutzpah to assume that your attitudes - good, bad, or indifferent - are representative of "American males".

Some people with mental illness are not able to care for themselves, that includes many of the homeless.

The Earths population will not fit on Australia.
oh, you blundered into one of my fun facts. :D At least to me, this kind of stuff is fun to see:

People make the world rotten, nothing else.
What can WE do to make it not so rotten?
Rotten people should all be put on an island like Australia.

Rotten people are people who are selfish.

Rotten people are people who are hypocrites.

Rotten people are people who harm innocent persons.

Rotten people are people who are cruel to animals.

Rotten people are people who are hateful without justification.

Rotten people are people who love death and hate life.

Rotten people are people who are mean.

Rotten people are people who are rude.

Rotten people are people who are apathetic.

Rotten people are people who deliberately litter and pollute.

Rotten people are people who are dirty and/or smelly like pigs.

Rotten people are people who are greedy.

Rotten people are people who are not compassionate.

Rotten people are people who disregard the safety and well-being of others.

Rotten people are people who don't appreciate the beauty of nature.

Rotten people should be ashamed of themselves.

If there is a God, He should ensure that all rotten people are justly punished.

One rotten apple spoils the whole barrel. One rotten egg ruins the whole basket.

The world would be one big beautiful barrel of fresh, sweet, crisp and delicious apples and one lovely large basket of clean, fresh eggs if it weren't for all the rotten people who foul it.

Perhaps we need to find out what makes us rotten at times. No one is perfect all of the time, no one is rotten all of the time. Just need to figure out how to limit the times we are rotten.

Why would God care? You're less than an atom in the entire universe or at least functionally equivalent.

The rest is just a subjective understanding -- glass half-empty/full. If you want to focus on finding the misery or joy you can -- put the rose-colored glasses on or drop them in the mud a few times before wearing.. Up to you. :D

Misery sucks while you're experience it, but undoubtedly you will become a stronger person when you survive it. If it were all easy, happy, and gay everything and everyone would become mediocre and bland because that'd be where they settle. It's adversity that really challenges people to improve themselves...

Yeah, but could you feed them and more importantly, provide them internet service?

You mean just engineering? Oh sure. We might even build giant vertical farming things for some crops. But spread out just a little more like to Australia size, then ya got a population density like South Korea, which means you could have ordinary farming also. Really, the problem with the human population isn't so much the how, as the tragic side of our non-cooperation: the "Tragedy of the Commons" writ large.
Tragedy of the commons - Wikipedia

In other words it wouldn't be hard to support a much larger population without harming the environment, but it would take a truly different social economic organization in some key ways (which could still allow freedom, enterprise, etc.). Musing to myself: Isn't classic Georgism actually a possible solution, if fully implemented?
Georgism - Wikipedia

So, I think between things like some bridging regulation and global Georgism, we could change and save the environment easily I think -- and that would not even be a huge, radical change.

Just some key things, like all nations agree to participate in the common allocation rights of special use of the air, oceans, natural resources -- example: CO2-emitting tax (ramp up over 7 years for instance), global, proceeds rebated to all nations.

Then, we could have a bigger population without destroying the environment. But not under our current system. Under our current system, we aren't doing it, and will destroy the environment.

Despite my admittedly very harsh replies I usually have for the OP, I do genuinely hope @Jonathan Bailey is doing well mentally. The amount of negativity I often see from these latest threads of theirs has me kind of concerned. Even if my posts do not always reflect that.

The overpopulation in general contributes greatly to the rottenness of this earth. Again, people, not nature, makes this world a rotten planet.

I would like to see many more dogs than people in this world.

Yes, a rotten world can make people crazy.

I just use my computer as a vent.

Rest of the world haven't given anyone much reason to trust it and vice versa. Governments seek power and control. Doubt any would give that up willingly.

It would be quite an amazing thing to have a global cooperation for carbon emitting rights, a global system, with policing, sales of rights (market), and proceeds allocation to all nations. That would be....quite an amazing accomplishment. It would be a lot easier imaging a few key nations/groups doing it than all the world. Even if only North America, Europe and China only, that would already be a pretty good start. My notion: start the emission tax low, and ramp up slowly, in order to get other nations to buy in. One easier way: you tax the carbon before processing/use, at point of initial sale: crude oil and coal, etc. before refined. It might be necessary politically that any nation would get the bulk of the local taxes collected, at first, and only slowly allocated over the whole globe. Ok, that's enough for a forum post, lol.
