I'm sure CNN could make a weeks worth of stories by exploring that option, and probably a months worth of coverage exploring how it "probably" is a lie.

The perpetrators who'd attacked the U.S. embassy in Iraq might have expected the withdrawal of U.S. military troops around the U.S. embassy in Iraq if it were to have destroyed.
