Hey all.

How was your day today, and what did it consist of from the moment of first conscious awareness to the present moment?

Welcome to RF,
Today I grumbled more than usual due to the intense heat I was outside in. But had a few pleasant moments such as starting out my daily duties near the lake, and driving across the Nepean river on the way to and from work.

Good Morning, I just woke up. I had an oddly mundane short dream about playing D&D with a new group of friends. @Laika created a thread about it yesterday...

Welcome to RF.
My day was acceptable. Some parts were enjoyable. I had a nice guitar session, and an xlnt weights session. Found a good source of ecdysone and ordered some. Spinach...who knew ?

How was your day ?

Welcome to religious forums. I hope you have a nice time here. :)

My morning so far has consisted of listening to Chopin's nocturnes and trying not to eat the batch of gingerbread biscuits my mum made last night. I live with my parents and we might be having lunch with them soon (chicken and vegetables I believe).

Hey right back at ya, welcome to RF

By morning has been pretty dull staring at the same four hospital ward walls as yesterday and the week before. But soon... Soon...

@Revoltingest will open the staff canteen later, in the meantime enjoy a few petite gateaux

Welcome, CT. Normal day, holidays for grandsons, coldest New Year for many years, nice weather, arose late. Best thing, got a new keyboard and mouse. Many buttons on the older one were not working and I had a text-file from which I would copy and paste them on forums. Al-Hamdulillah (All praise and change is to Allah), now I am through with that.

Thanks for the greeting.

The Nepean river, is this one?, "... Nepean River (Darug: Yandhai), is a major perennial river, located in the south-west and west of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia...." - Nepean River - Wikipedia

What do you do for work? (if not classified)

Hmm, strange dream, and could be more or less bizarre depending on your relationship to D&D, whether positive or negative.

Have you ever studied the dreams of Daniel, the Daniel of the Babylonian captivity in the Nevi-'im of TaNaKh?

I haven't studied them, but I've read the book, yes.

Thanks!

How long have you played guitar?

Hmm, polyhydroxylated ketosteroids in spinach and asparagus, etc, which "lower cholesterol and blood glucose, are seen as healthy for the liver and intestines by increasing protein synthesis rates, and may have protective effects on neural tissue." - Ecdysteroids Supplement - Science-based Review on Benefits, Dosage, Side Effects

I suppose you look for that type of ketosteroid for muscle mass, or building a foundation of muscle for your 'xlnt (excellent) weight session'?

I've seen a few videos of strong men, professional weight lifters, who were trying finger grasping/grip among the climbers. I can't remember the name of the person, but was interesting watching of the differences of push/shove muscle, and grasp/climb/pull muscle fields.

Oh, sorry, (adding), my day was simple. Constantly trying to advance information on Health (physical, mental, spiritual), theology, etc, for our youtube, facebook, bit.chute, website, etc, etc.

Thank you for the kindness and smile.

Chopin, hmm, what do you recommend for first time listener to Chopin, to try out. I really like Handel and Vivaldi, and Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture with full canon (just reading the comments on youtube on this are worth the time to listen to the full thing).

and trying not to eat the batch of gingerbread biscuits my mum made last night.
Ohhh, that sounds good in two ways, relationship with mum and food. Do you bake/cook also like your mom?

I live with my parents and we might be having lunch with them soon (chicken and vegetables I believe).
Let me know how that went, hopefully good. (Sorry, I wasn't able to reply till much later, as I ended up having to help an elder with their computer (laptop) issues). Took some hours, and then was busy uploading, editing, etc.

Cold where you are, not where I am (tropical humidity), but there came a nice breeze, to cool and dry a bit.

Always nice to have functional tools, like a keyboard and mouse. In fact, mine are getting up there in age, use. Keys starting to stick. I had at one point a 90 dollar wireless mouse (excellent spinwheel, precision laser, etc), which broke, and then got another, and it broke in the same manner (left click copper spring would break). Seems not all parts are made equal in it, so I stopped buying so expensive things, and have a freebie optical mouse from a now and recently deceased aunt.

Pleasent reminiscing about the good ole' days. Well, the good stuff anyways. ;0)
With family, friends, neighbours or strangers? Want to share some of those 'good ole' days', how far back we talkin' 'bout? For some of the newer generation, with a shorter attention span, 2000-2005 were the 'good ole' days' and anything before that time they consider ancient 'mythology' and 'stories of strange and fascinating times that existed before iphones'. :)

Ha, I remember the days of the party line and rotary phone (having to dial a 0 and wait for it to come all the way round) and pay phones and cameras where you pay for the film twice, once to buy and once to develop, or Kodak 'flap it in the air really fast' for photo.
