Founding a New Religious Movement (NRM)

First prove the existence of God, before we pass on to divine messages and divine manifestations.

We each must discover truth for ourselves. Until you’ve discovered God for yourself no one can discover Him for you.

You can only continue on your own journey and follow the path your own heart takes you.

When there is no God, how can I discover him? You need an Allah, even if imaginary, to pin your manifestation on it. I have no such need.

To you there’s no God but to myself and many others it’s as clear as the sun that God exists. I used to think like you do but found out I was dead wrong.

Kindly tell us the reason that turned you from being an atheist to a theist.

In answer to your question what turned me to God it was by reading the Words of Baha’u’llah and Abdul-Baha that I became aware of the existence of God.

There is no such thing as a new religion, even Christianity... I mean what comes first chicken or the egg, or a endless cycle of both that one must escape.

My Question:

How would one go about starting a New Religious Movement (NRM)?

I'm interested in finding out, but my interest is only academic, I assure you :)

I maintain a certain religious perspective in parallel to my actual professed belief, but this certain perspective is not manifested by any movement…

Basically: it is a religious world-view with no movement or organisation. It is merely a set of ideas which I hold due to their entertaining and intriguing nature

I’m not serious about doing so, but I’m curious by nature. I already subscribe to one of the world’s major religions and have zero plans of abandoning this for an NRM of my own making, although I have made posts in the NRM DIR on these forums about it...

Also I’m certainly not interested in founding any cult; I’m interested in founding a NRM - there is a big difference, namely cults are sinister and NRMs aren't

I have actually dreamt up some plans for it, but I will not share them here :)

I’d want to be a founder, not a leader, I wouldn’t want to found an organisation for me to control as a leader. That’s not what I’m about. I’m interested in truth, and spreading truth. I value truth over having power.

And I’m not interested in lording it over a group of followers, financially or sexually exploiting anyone, brain-washing people, controlling people, isolating people, ripping people off, or any of that cult stuff. People would be free to leave and it would all work democratically.

So: How might I go about founding a NRM?

Where would I begin and in what direction should I head?

And remember, I'm not asking about founding a cult...

And FYI, my interest in this is entirely academic!

thanks and i hope with you please let me share ^_^

Why not think about making others happy instead of trying to control others through a certain behavior
Unfortunately, we do not like to make others share happiness while they are free
We love to share with us as if the element of participation is related to humiliation, insult or partial servitude, if not complete
When will we Maturity and know that a person is released from the womb of his mother, is free and independent. And he is not to go in the womb of others knowing that the womb of others is dirty and its stench is stinky and nourishes me with toxins
Except the womb of truth, which is the servitude of the Creator who created us, and it was a condition that we thank him for the gratitude that He gave us
