My list is on Goodreads. Are you on it?

Goodreads is great. I go there to track my reading progress and reading challenge.

Oh. https://www.nichirenlibrary.org/ has three books of Nichiren's letters on Dharma practice of Lotus Sutra as well as the Lotus itself. You can get them on Amazon too.

The Wisdom of the Native Americans: Including The Soul of an Indian

Native Wisdom for White Minds by Anne Wilson Schaef (daily reads)

Read the last one and I think the other is on my list already. Good taste!

I am curious what everyone's favorite religious texts are. Not just scriptural texts, but any books on religion/spirituality. I need to expand my already ridiculously long reading list.
Not so much religious, more spiritual philosophy:

- Ananda Marga Elementary Philosophy
- Ananda Sutram or A Commentary on Ananda Sutram
- Subhasita Samgraha (different parts)
- teachings of Yeshua (which I read more to better understand the origins of Christianity) The sayings of the tantric-mystic Master Yeshua the Nazarene

Between extremes
Qur'an; Nahjul Balagha, Bihar al-Anwar, Al-Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya, Kitab al-Kafi, the Haft Bab, Umm al-Kitab (the Ismaili text), plus dozens of other texts of Hadith collections, Duas and meditations.
The Bible, but in particular out of it: Deuteronomy, Psalms, Sirach, Wisdom of Solomon, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Gospel of John and Epistle of James. Out of the "Gnostic" traditions; Book of the Great Invisible Spirit, Gospel of Thomas and Thunder Perfect Mind.
Then; The Gathas, Venidad, Arda Wiraz Namag, Upanishads, Mahabharata (incl the Gita), The Lotus Sutra, The Lankavatara Sutra, Heart Sutra, Bardo Thodol, Platform Sutra, Sutta Pitaka, Corpus Hermeticum, Liber AL Vel Legis, Liber 418, The Book Of Lies, Liber Aleph, Popol Vuh, Atra-hasis, Satanic Bible too (if it counts), probably a few others too such as the Tao Te Ching, and other asian texts.

There's a couple of Hare Krishna books I like, but they all take a definite stand on monotheism/henotheism, and there are quite a few of them that build on one another. So maybe it would be wiser if one thought about the general direction one wants to go, and then asked for books about said direction? For example, the Qu'ran and the teachings of the Buddha are vastly apart with regard to religious/philosophical direction, and only belong to the same category, "spiritual books", in the broadest sense.

Welcome to RF

Quite a list of Books you have. Most I never heard of:). Now I think of it, I did read a lot of Books over the years, most giving me valuable insights. But most I do not reread, hence I did not realize I also have read quite a lot:D

I have 1 Book as my kind of Bible called the "Yoga Vasistha". Full of all the wisdom I need, and also including "spooky stuff" like "astral travel" among other things. Making the "not always easy Teachings" a little lighter to digest, and fun to read.

Bible, Koran and Book of Certitude I read when on RF for reference.
