With regards to what?
I don't know that's exactly what I'm trying to figure out, barely been here a week and I've read all sorts of opinions and ideas about what a Christian is or isn't so that's what I'm trying to find out? Not sure I know what you mean by "with regards to what?"

The question just seemed to come out of nowhere. Some context is needed, like: In the Christian view, what is the difference between the two? In non-Christian views? Or: Difference in terms of life after death? and so forth.

Seems to me (as a non-Christian) that Christians believe that Jesus was at the very least the messiah and most hold that he's also god (either part of god or a god within himself), that the NT is the only relevant covenant that god has with mankind and that Jesus died for man's sins.
Non-Christians do not hold this. What they do hold depends on which sort of non-Christian you ask.

I guess just in the general view of the world? The term "Christian" is a word just like any other word so I guess I'm trying to understand what this word means?

Doesn't "Christian" mean "believer in Christ"?

They were called “Christians” because their behavior, activity, and speech were like Christ Jesus. The word Christian means, “follower of Christ” or “belonging to the party of Christ.” So, what made them part of this group called “Christians?" So this is a definition I found and so I guess I'm wondering what it means to be a follower of Christ or be like Christ? That is, if this is an accurate definition?

I assume it means to do what Jesus said to do (as stated in the NT)...

in regards to humanity, not just religion, everyone has spark of God within.
"9The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. 10He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. "
A religion , Christianity, says that man named Jesus became Christ, open eyes of humanity, that every one can become like Jesus.

Mark 16 says

15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Is this what it means to be like Christ?

Mark 16 is most likely not original to that Gospel, if that matters to you.

Christianity is not a monolith. Different Christians behave and view the world differently.

I really very much and deeply so want to believe in this Christianity however, I don't see any people healing The sick and feeding thousands of people with a couple of loaves of bread after prayer, and walking on water and, raising the Dead, opening the eyes of the blind and ears of deaf, turning water into wine and so on? Basically all I hear and see is opinions and observations so I guess I'm just confused?

Is Christianity based on what we think or what is written I guess that's the other thing I'm trying to figure out?
