Richard Nixon did some good things in his time as President. He got the U.S. out of Vietnam, he signed the clean air act, he created the office of Management and Budget. But he also pursued a law enforcement policy that was intentionally designed to oppress minorities which has been a disaster till this day. And of course he abused his power to interfere with the election process.
So is Trump worse? Or better?
While it's stupid to compare the two, I am glad to see so many liberals waking up to the fact that Nixon was actually a good man.
...Ultimately, Bill Clinton's three strikes law was the most devastating law enforcement policy for minorities within any recent history -which Joe Biden was all for, BTW. Far, far worse than anything Nixon did.
Bill Clinton regrets 'three strikes'
