The Dutch seem to be saying they don't think this is a terrorist incident. It may just have been widely reported because London incident makes it topical. This always happens with journalists.
If I were a betting man I'd say they are unrelated, not least because a one man knife attack is such a feeble form of terrorism, if that is what is was. Seems more likely to me to be just individual DIY.
