The Anglican Church is pretty much traditional and liturgical in their beliefs and worship. They're just fully inclusive of women and LGBT people.

And why shouldn't all churches be fully inclusive of LGBT people also? Afterall Jesus was probably a homosexual since he loved one of his disciples and didn't cleave to a wife (John 19:26 21:7), and said nothing about homosexuality except to ask his followers to accept that some men do not marry because they are so born from their mothers' wombs (Matt 19:12). And female homosexuality isn't even mentioned in the bible anyway.

The Lutheran Church where I am at is pretty inclusive, as far as I can gather. It's my wife's area of expertise not mine, though.
