These books are not included in the European(Protestant) Bible, although the European Bible itself testifies that these scriptures are God's Word, by quoting from them and mentioning them by name.

It should also be mentioned that the Protestant Bible, used by most Europeans, Americans and Australians, contains exactly 66 books. (Coincidence?)
And exactly this Bible was compiled by the Catholic Church in about the 3rd or 4th century.

This has nothing to do with the RCC. Some of those books are no longer existent and if they are we haven't found them yet. There were many more prophets in Israel than there are books of the prophets. The reason is that the ones that are relevent for today were kept and the others that only had relevence in that particular context weren't. It is said that there were over 1,000 prophets.

You are right about those. My mistake.

But perhaps you had better do more research on why they are not considered scripture than just jumping to blame the RCC. They are not in Jewish bibles either.

Fragments were found in the Dead Sea from the book of Enoch, these coincide with the book of Enoch. The oldest parts of the book date back to the third century before Christ, thus the book Enoch is the oldest apocalyptic writing.

Also all quotations in the (protestant)Bible of Enoch and Jasher can be found in the respective book.

I've just looked this one up and it does not seem to exist in Hebrew and does not make the claim to be the book referenced in those texts. If it's in the Tanakh it should be in Hebrew or Aramaic, but it only exists in Greek or Latin and those are not the Holy Tongue.

And I don't think the other books do not exist anymore. I rather think the books are hidden somewhere, for I am very sure that God protects his writings on earth and does not allow them to be destroyed.

At the risk of sounding flippant, have you considered the possibility that God decided that the missing books weren't worth the parchment that they were written on and inspired Israel and/or the Roman Catholics to get rid of them?​

It's likely that some of these books were combined into other books that are already in the Bible.

For example the books of the chronicles of the kings of Judah and Israel are likely present within the 2 books of Chronicles. And the books of the prophets Nathan etc. are likely within the 2 books of Kings and the 2 books of Samuel.

Then why didn't he ensure the writings are clear enough to understand, so that there are not so many different and contradictory interpretations?

The Catholic Bible contains seventy three books, twenty seven Christian and forty six Hebrew Scripture.

Yes, there are lost books. The Talmud (Megillah 14a) explains that prophecies that had significance for the ages (and not just for their time period) were preserved, and those the weren't - were not preserved.

Specifically on Sefer Hayashar (Jasher) there's a disagreement whether it was a separate book or not. Some hold that it's another name for the Book of Genesis, and explain how that makes sense with the versus in Joshua and Samuel.

As for the Book of Enoch - Rabbinical Judaism holds that it's a hoax.
