How to Insult Your Enemies More Effectively

Would you like one? I am not too busy at the moment. (Well I am engaged in light torture of my father, but that should not take too long).:D:rolleyes:
Oooh! Thanks! But I think I'm a bit to busy at the moment with doing absolutely nothing in my first month of retirement.

Thanks though..

Too bad. I just finished torturing my father (I cruelly would not let him remove his nebulizer mask so that he could get some breathing medicine). A little physical terrorism (or was that therapy) so that his legs were relaxed and now he is sleeping. I told you I would have time on my hands.

Maybe tomorrow.

This concerns an issue I have noticed on this forum. RF non-believers do not support other non-believers enough, unlike what I experience on atheist forums.

If there were a God who'd pass judgement in favor of believers and punish non-believers, then how would such a God treat a split-believer/non-believer personality? ....:D

  • Quote from Shakespeare. Almost any paragraph will do.

How to Insult Your Enemies More Effectively
  • Pick your audience
  • Know what your enemy cares about
  • Get creative
  • Find comparisons
  • Don’t get overwrought
  • Watch your flank
  • Have backup
  • Don’t be a heel

I remember when I was a kid and the Watergate scandal was the lead story, I heard people talk about Nixon having an enemies list. As a kid, I thought that was just the coolest thing, so I decided to compile my own enemies list.

However, if I truly had enemies, then I wouldn't even bother insulting them. They'd be non-existent in my life - on "permanent ignore," so to speak.

Opponents are a different matter, though.

Some odd chap at my school had a list of people he wanted to kill. One of my friends was on it.

We found it hilarious, but, fortunately, I didn't grow up somewhere with mass ownership of guns and a history of school shootings otherwise it would have been a lot more sinister.

Reminds me of this funny scene from an otherwise horrible movie:

Why would I support non-believers?
I just support people who make good points, and are open to communication.
I don't really care if they're non-believers.

How to insult your enemies, turn you back and walk away, they are not worth the effort.

Supporting those who think as you think tends to be a religious trait... I assume because they need support.
