that God looks after a baby in the womb?

No......not unless the baby was Jesus Christ.
He has natural systems in place biologically to take care of a baby in-utero, but there are no divine interventions.
If God looked after babies in the womb there would be no miscarriages or even abortions...think about it....

Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?

No, I don’t believe so. But He looks after everyone and since a fetus is a life upon conception, I would think He would.
