Who makes the rules on what a President can and cannot say?
It's not a matter of rules. It's a matter of common decency.

You don't have to like him as a person, but you should judge the quality of a President by what he does for his people and he is working wonders.
Honestly, this kind of nonsense leaves me positively speechless. Well, not really "speechless" as I could come up with a lot to say about what he has done for America (particularly in the eyes of the world). The problem is, I'd probably get banned from this website and would have to answer to my maker for using some incredibly bad language. The President of the United States may behave like a total scumbag, but I'm not going to stoop to his level.

I believe that this is a ridiculous claim to make.
You're entitled to your opinion.

No one is claiming that Trump is a saint, but you believe that the Lord Jesus Christ condemns everything about him?
To say that "he is everything Christ condemns" is not the same thing as saying, "Christ condemns everything about him." What Trump "is" is crude, egotistical, dishonest, disparaging, belittling, volatile, insulting, controlling, manipulative, vindictive, etc. All of these things are things that Christ condemns. If Trump is kind to His wife, Christ would not condemn that.

You should be more careful in the things you say.
Why? Because you don't like it?

A hominid is a member of the family Hominidae, the great apes: orangutans, gorillas, chimpanzees, and humans. Source: Hominidae - Wikipedia)

That said, I still believe that @Subduction Zone was intentionally misinterpreting what you said about humans not being apes. I agree that we humans are the only one of God's creations that are truly His offspring, who are created in His image, after His likeness, and who have the potential of being His heirs.
No, I am merely trying to get the OP to own up to his error. He refuses to ask his question properly which leaves us stuck at step one.

I do not believe that human beings evolved from apes.

There is no contradiction in my beliefs or statements.

You are being disingenuous.
You can believe anything that you like. You may be able to believe that you can fly by flapping your arms.

And yes, since people, which includes you, are apes, then regardless of what you believe you contradicted yourself.

I wasn't even referring to a comment made by the OP. I was referring to a comment made by another poster entirely.

but you can't win the discussion

because you are just another ape.....with no hope

believing in the next life is not a bad thing

rotting in a box......bad thing

Not accepting you are an ape is denying who you are.
and for you...not realizing the difference between …..what......and ….who

is a bad thing

And you are the same. Except for having a need for a belief in fantasy. I would say an ape that does not need fantasy is greater than one that does.

Oh, brother!...

So...there’s a house on fire. Inside are your pet puppy that you love, and a human baby that you never met; you can only save one.

Which one?

On another forum a similar question was asked regarding a woman who seemed to be more in love with her dog than her young child, and she couldn't decide.

You're missing the point. The question would have made slightly more sense if it was something like "are you greater than a non-human ape" or "are humans greater than other apes" - although the vagueness of the word "greater" still makes it a rather silly question.
