Donald Trump is digging his own grave

So once again you resort to what-aboutism and conspiracy theories instead of addressing the real crimes of and evidence against Trump.

The GOP and the rest of Congress has had ample time to have brought charges against Biden had any been warranted. There are protocol and agencies in place to investigate plus at times, the GOP held both the House and Senate. They didn't because they couldn't.

Biden was one voice among others - the US and countries, including Ukrainians, called for Shokin's removal, a man known to be corrupt coming into the position.

Address the mountain of evidence against Trump, stop trying to deflect and distract. It doesn't work.

If trump gets realected will this make you believe he is innocent or will it make you believe the republic got eroded and justice was not served? Which one?

Firstly, why don't YOU address what others raise instead of constantly weaseling around with deflection and pointless questions like this? Are you that afraid to admit you're backing a corrupt thug?

I already doubt justice will be adequately served because Moscow Mitch has already stated he'll work to ensure the GOP controlled Senate won't convict their own regardless of the avalanche of evidence pointing to his crimes. That, however, is not an excuse for the rest of Congress to also take a crap on the Constitution. Being impeached by the House will do plenty damage to your tin-plated despot with delusions of adequacy. The best part is, he's handing them the evidence.

Now, respond to the Ukraine matter.

I think the evidence trump did nothing wrong is overwhelming. There was nothing wrong in that call to ukraine.

And thanks for answering the question. You did better then sub or prometheus.

I still disagree with your view, but cudos for being better then those two.

The last I checked you did not even understand the concept of evidence.

But tell us, what is this evidence? Start with your strongest piece please.

And please, do not make false claims about others. A Christian should be able to understand The concept of the Ninth Commandment.

False on both counts. For the latter, Trump already admitted publicly that he asked the Ukrainian's president for a favor to investigate the Biden's, which is illegal under U.S. federal law. But then, Trump has flagrantly violated federal law before, such as twice in 2016 alone.

Everything was wrong with that call.

Very true, but to avoid conflict of interest, treaty or no treaty, is to work through official channels and follow proper procedures. We have a state department and department of justice and FBI and ... for those reasons to shield and insulate the president from many things, and one thing is conflict of interest. If DoJ did the investigation and worked together with Ukraine, I doubt we'd be here having this conversation. At least not by me.

POTUS is at the top of all those offices and departments. Beside the treaty does not include the FBI, DoJ nor DoS.

To me, the issue isn't so much about "what" (investigating Biden), but rather "how" (president personally handling it with a foreign entity), and "why" (president's personal gain). If he did it to get rid of the opposition and he choose to bypass legal procedures, then it doesn't matter what it was he wanted to investigate. You don't get rid of corruption by introducing more corruption.

He didn't bypass anything.

But in the end, I suspect all this will fall on Giuliani, and Trump will get out of it with just a few bruises but nothing else. Giuliani is most likely in much worse trouble right now.

That is the separation issue. Giuliani has gone "rogue" in a way.

State the exact words of this law and where it came from.

Let me put it like this, zelinski was supposidly blackmailed, right? If he denied he was, why not believe him?

Also, if trump asks a favor with no DIRECT link to aid and thats wrong, ok

But biden gives an order that is DIRECTLY linked to aid and thats alright?

If zelinski isnt lying, are you saying hes stupid then? Are you saying he does not know he was blackmailed?

Zelensky is in over his head and, as an old saying goes "doesn't know whether to sh** or go blind."

Stop repeating the same old disproven false equivalency. It's already been addressed (scroll back if you must) - multiple countries of IMF, EU and allies in addition to Biden for the US. Your accusation is false, move on.

Zelensky is in a tight spot and, as the saying goes, doesn't know whether to sh** or go blind. He's already dealing with criticisms for not yet making good on his own campaign promises. Now he's dealing with criticisms in his own country over the call and is trying to downplay having been coerced by Trump. In Ukraine, he's described as a "A pathetic sycophant in front of a more influential clown," with the call referred to as "a disaster". And, "It is quite obvious from the tone of the conversation that Zelensky acts like a junior partner... Zelensky appears to succumb to manipulation."

Funny how you expect others to cite sources yet you never support your arguments. More deflection and ducking about.

How about you start citing federal law that shows Trump did nothing wrong. Or hell, to even show Biden did do something wrong since that's your favorite go to what-aboutism.

You're in no position to tell someone to do what you routinely fail to do.

As for the federal law in question that's already referenced in earlier posts, which I suspect you know.
