FOX NEWS POLL: A Majority of American Voters Want Trump Out!

According to a Fox News poll conducted October 6 to October 8, 51% of registered American voters want Trump both impeached by the House and removed from office by the Senate.

Only 43% are against getting rid of him.

I don't much care for Fox News polls, but at least they use a bipartisan polling team.

Fox News Poll results October 6-8, 2019

In a related report, Trump has been calling Mitch McConnell up to three times a day.

And now, some music....

There's a lesson here.. Trump was always unfit for office.. Look at his track record since the 1980s.. This is our fault.. We let ourselves be bamboozled by a carny barker.

I'd like to see him impeached and in prison along with his adult children as a cautionary tale to crooks who want to be politicians.

The polls are nothing but a type of blind man's prophesy. Most polls are used to measure the effectiveness of public opinion manipulation. If the big issue of today is Biden and Ukraine, polls are run to see how effective fake news or the truth, have been in shaping public opinion. People who want others to tell them what to think, will follow the daily polling oracles to see how the herd is moving, today. Polls change day to day, since the story line changes, and the effectiveness varies.

The exit polling in the 2016 election showed Hillary was supposed to win in a landslide. That result never materialized. Instead, the opposite happened. The main reason the oracle got it wrong was fake news, the swamp, and left wing propaganda had been very successful in intimidating Trump supporters. The result was they did not answer the exit polls honestly, in public, out of fear of becoming a target. But in the privacy of the voting booth, they were honest with themselves and voted without fear.

Consider any place on the internet where there are left wing activists reinforcing fake news. If they find a Trump supporter, the i-KKK will gang up on them. Most people who do not want the harassment, and will not make waves. Others do not mind the sparring with the i-KKK. But come election time, everyone can vote in private, which is what happened in 2016. It is going to be a landslide for Trump in 2020, that includes a major shift in minority voting. The older Blacks remember how this same Democrat playback; non stop gossip, legal intrigue, and intimidation, was done to many prominent black leaders. The Democrats even taught the Nazi's these techniques.

The Democrats have done nothing for the country, since Trump was elected. All their time has been devoted to gossip, lies and fake news. This have only benefitted themselves. Trump on the other hand, has kept his promises, even with the Democrats creating nothing but obstacles. The good economy and low unemployment benefits all the country, including Democrats. Which of the two ways best serves the country? Which way will only serve half the country, in elected in 2020?

The wild card for future day to day polling has yet to appear. This is being saved for the fourth quarter. This will be the Attorney General Barr's report and indictments connected to the origins of the fake news and Democrat swamp collusion delusion. How will these indictments and revelations sway public opinion and what will the oracles say in terms of its effectiveness?

Good grief.. You think this is about "the left"? LOLOLOL..

Don't sell out America for Trump. Time to cut our losses.

No, the exit polling in the last election only showed that Hillary was winning. Four key states had the exit polling wrong and she lost all four. If she had won any three she would have been President. Winning by one state to spare is not a landslide. It appears that some voters for Trump were rightfully ashamed of their vote:

Any chance you'd like to see it first
demonstrated that such is actually just?

Do you have any doubts?

What do you think he has done to deserve jail?
What do you see being accomplished there?

On the subject of doubt / guilt a lot of innocent men have
been hung for crimes they did not commit.

I fibd Americans to be sadly uncommitted to due process.
Pop media and politicians are terrible sources of info.
You dont grt your science there, nor facts on whether Atlantis
or Batboy have lately made appearances.

Do you think joe, hunter and hillary should go to jail?

How about yourself? Why or why not? (Trick question)

This is sadly true. Unfortunately, the justice system appears rigged to support...who?

I suspect--with bias and currently without evidence because I want to see where this statement goes and I lack time for proper research--the wealthy elite: primarily because what is considered crime and jail-worthy is skewed towards blue-collar crime and not white-collar crime which arguably has a larger negative effect on society.

I don't know that it's so much because they're uncommitted to it, although I think many Americans are taught to believe that our system is "just" and "fair" and that an individual is "innocent until proven guilty." But outside of the courtroom and the legal processes associated with it, people generally feel free to speak their mind about a given case. As long as it's presented and treated as speculation, then there should be no problem. But it's also true that some people tend to go a bit overboard.

Pop media and politicians are terrible sources of info.

Well, fortunately, we do have a system of checks and balances where pop media and politicians aren't the sole arbiters of truth and justice. But part of having such a system means that everybody gets to have their say, even if it seems unscientific or academically unsound (or even politically incorrect).

I guess it would depend on whether it's a real jail or one of those country club "prisons" they provide for the VIPs.

No,they shouldn't go to jail. Normal people make mistakes, but trump goes way beyond that. Why do you think so many good people have walked out.

Dunno what hillary or no biden did
but they are innocent.
Dunmo what trump did but he is guilty
as hell.

But sure, normal people people make
mistakes. How many of our friends
get a no-show gig for 50 k a month
during a moments' indiscretion,
or smash their secret router as result of a
simple oversight? Normal stuff.

Oh, I doubt if Hillary is innocent. I do have doubts about Biden being corrupt.. I do not see that in the man. In many ways he seems to be decent but at times incompetent. Not my favorite candidate, but superior to what we now have.

Edit: And as to Trump, he does appear to be corrupt and incompetent. I can forgive a bit of corruption. Take Bill Clinton as an example. He was a very competent leader, in fact He did his best work when he had to work with the Republicans.

Sadly, it's a low bar, doesn't take much for anyone running to be vastly superior to Trumpelthinskin.

No, they showed her having a slight advantage over Trump. And, in fact, Hillary won the popular vote by a small amount.
That result never materialized. Instead, the opposite happened.
Trump lost the popular vote and had one of the lowest EC victory margins in history. That is not a landslide.

On the other hand, if the electorate is too weak-willed and too easily influenced by polls, media pundits, and endless campaign advertising, then maybe we get what we deserve. If the public is too ignorant, spineless, and/or wishy-washy to be able to handle democracy in the raw, then maybe the people don't deserve to have a say in how they're governed.

It's not so much about being weak willed, but that polls, by their nature, distort the public sphere and people's thinking, while offering no real benefits.

Look at next election cycle and see how much time/space given to polls and subsequent narratives, while considering that almost 100% of these narratives are pure fiction. It's the ultimate fake news, yet dominates months of coverage and all comes at the expense of substantial coverage of the candidates.

Yes, I recognized this rather early in life, especially during the primary season. I realized this long before Fox News ever existed, and this rather obvious charade is the most likely reason why people are somewhat soured on the process and have turned more cynical.

on mob mentality-

In his devastating new book The Madness of Crowds, Douglas Murray examines the 21st century’s most divisive issues: sexuality, gender, technology and race. He reveals the astonishing new culture wars playing out in our workplaces, universities, schools and homes in the names of social justice, identity politics and intersectionality. We are living through a postmodern era in which the grand narratives of religion and political ideology have collapsed. In their place have emerged a crusading desire to right perceived wrongs and a weaponization of identity, both accelerated by the new forms of social and news media. Narrow sets of interests now dominate the agenda as society becomes more and more tribal — and, as Murray shows, the casualties are mounting. Readers of all political persuasions cannot afford to ignore Murray’s masterfully argued and fiercely provocative book, in which he seeks to inject some sense into the discussion around this generation’s most complicated issues. He ends with an impassioned call for free speech, shared common values and sanity in an age of mass hysteria. Shermer and Murray discuss:
