It is not against the truthful Religion, life evolved in millions of years. Is the snakehead fish, a fish that can live in water or breathe air and kind of move on land, a confirmation of evolution theory as part of the theory that humans started out as a fish-like creature?
I am not ignoring. I am saying, so what? Look at it as an opportunity for more food. Especially for the poor man. He can go to the river and catch all the snakehead he can.

Again, learn some ecology, and learn to anticipate multi-step sequences. What if a frog had wings? What if.....
What a jump. From finding snakehead fish to now being a desert. Gee, I wonder why there are still rivers in China, and Japan, and Russia....with snakeheads in them. Plus they are still breathing air over there.
Yall go ahead and worry about the deserts and lack of air due to the snakehead. I think it is silly.

No, you feel it's silly. As I said, learn some ecology, and learn to anticipate multi-step ramifications and long-term consequences. What if a frog had wings? What if.....

Pretty poor, I'd say.Instead of bass tournaments we will have snakehead tournaments and catch and no release. I always thought catch and release was silly anyway.
How is that for drawing a connection between A and B.
Or "rabbits in Australia," or cats, or... They caused; are causing, no end of economic problems for humans, to say nothing of the ongoing ecological devastation.Type in to professor Google "cane toad Australia",devastation unless you want to get high.

I read about new invasives causing problems, somewhere, practically weekly: Pythons in Florida, frogs in Hawaii, cats, rats, medflies, brown tree snakes.... There seems no end to them.

Snakeheads in the US don't fit into the existing ecosystem, that's why they're a problem, no checks and balances.
Over here snakeheads tend to eat themselves out of house and home. That's why they so often have to take off over land to find greener pastures, so to speak. They strip a lake of apex predators, ie: other fish, which leads to a cascade of consequences. The 'bottom' rungs in the system will proliferate out of control and you'll get a large vat of algal/bacterial sludge, which will, in a series of steps, consume the available nutrients, die, and rot, leaving a 'dead', deoxygenated, smelly mess.
That is, put a few snakeheads in a pond and you'll likely get no fish at all for your tournaments.
Then there are the effects on the insects, birds, amphibians, reptiles, and mammals that rely on that pond one way or another. They're part of the interdependent web, as well, as are the plants in the region.
Are there still rivers in China, Russia, and Japan with snakehead fish in them? Why? Why are they still there? Why isn't the area where the rivers are nothing but desert?
Rebel, you're drivin' me nuts. Please read my posts more carefully. Oh, and read some ecology.Oh, I see. Snakeheads here are not like snakeheads there. But yet you gave all kinds of information about how the snakeheads eat everything, turn the rivers into desert, and no one can breathe any air anymore. What did you base that on if not the snakeheads over there. You're changing your tune and getting sillier.

Organisms are part of a system. Snakeheads are part of a system. There are checks and balances.
Raccoons aren't a problem here in the US, but they're becoming one in Germany and Japan. Rabbits aren't a problem in Europe, but they are in Australia.

When a belief system opposes learning, that's a solid indicator that it's worthless bull****.
Well bless your little heart. You're such a clown.

They are immigrants that entered the U.S. illegally, making them illegal immigrants. Don't you listen to President Trump? What checks and balances are you talking about. Survival of the fittest...right? If snakeheads can make it and bass can't, sorry but that is the way it is. Eat mo snakehead. And mo catfish.
If Rabbits are a problem then the problem is with Australia. Great eating. Why should there be a problem? Just give the people a recipe. Like they didn't have one already.

They're also taking the jobs of the natives......
By replacing the usual fish as food for Americans. And soon to be replacing bass in tournaments.
