the Little Blue Veins

Thief

Rogue Theologian
I would offer an experiment

stand....reach for your ankles
grab your legs and draw your skin upward
stroke upward
only

repeat

massage

and you might notice.....at least during the exercise
the little blue veins disappear

I have read the unsightly little buggers will remedy themselves

I am not waiting for that

let me know how you do

Would you post a video of yourself doing this?
And wear something skanky.

That is one of those thoughts that are better unthought.

Standing on your head for much of the time is a sure preventive of varicose veins.;)

Veins are low pressure tubes, and veinules have almost none, hence the one-way valves. In dependent parts there isn't enough pressure to overcome the effects of gravity. Blood pools and dilates the veinules. Outside pressure creates the localized blood pressure needed to move the blood back up into general circulation, but stop the external pressure and the pooling and engorgement are back in seconds. :(

yep...that's the stuff

but I believe the body can be trained to heal
and circulation is complicated

sure don't want the lack of flow to result in skin problems that
escalate into greater difficulties

gotta keep it moving

as for that haggis eater......it's too late
he's a goner
