Oops.

Just like in Watergate. You catch the small fish and work up to the big one.

Yep, like going after the mob via RICO. Vermin often have more than one tunnel, might as well use the hose down each to flush them out.

I often think that there are many lawyers who make it their primary business to understand the law well enough to let you find ways to circumvent it. Which is really, really sad...

According to CNN.com it says 2 of his associates are actually being indicted now and probably Guilliano will be next for the indictment!!!!!!!!!!!!!I feel like celebrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Check it out at cnn.com

Subpoenaed not indicted. Also all your linked was CNN speculating. CNN is not Congress nor a Grand Jury.

It won't work this time around. You know why there's no mob anymore?

But watch as both Giuliani and Trump will virtually ignore the subpoena and again violate Article I of the Constitution of the United States and show more of their "obstruction of justice".

If one violates a subpoena, that automatically justifies a warrant for their arrest, although it obviously cannot be applied to Trump-- yet.

Just as a technical point, if Congress wanted to issue a warrant for someone's arrest, wouldn't it have to be done through the Attorney General? Who would actually issue and carry out the warrant?

Guillotino? Sorry, all those Italian names sound the same. :)

Accomplished people lacking inner strength can’t resist the compromises necessary to survive Mr. Trump and that adds up to something they will never recover from. It takes character like Mr. Mattis’s to avoid the damage, because Mr. Trump eats your soul in small bites.”

They can subpoena but prosecution still has to go through the justice department to prosecute for that. Of course there does not appear to be a statute of limitations on those so if this justice department does not prosecute the next one probably will.

Subpoena from whom ? Congress ? Ever heard of executive privilege ? A right of the President to invoke, and apply to any executive branch employee, as well as documents. Obama used it quite often.

Every document, every person subpoenaed , must be litigated in federal court, one by one. Until they are litigated, they can be totally ignored, in spite of the bogus democrat howling and their secret star chamber.

Bwaaaaaa ha ha ha !! James Comey, the man who single handed smeared the FBI with more corruption than in tś entire history.

I despise crooked and corrupt cops and comey is a prime example of the fetid species.

He soon will be in court for his lawlessness and arrogance, guaranteed.

And the Supreme Court already decided that executive privilege is very limited when the President himself is being investigated. It appears that you think that the President should be above the law. And you have the nerve to call an open investigation a "star chamber".

Are you talking the announcement when these two men were arrested and thrown in jail today? I think your on the wrong thread.

No. The only thing Guli has been sent is a subpoena.

Barr already knows about the two men arrested anyways.
