Empirical Evidence and Arguments for God(s)

I have. A lot of deception.. Still goes on today.
Why do you suppose faith healers never heal amputees?

Why don't you folks ever do your homework and go to some of those revivals? I've seen people healed. As for amputees, God sent you guys an even bigger miracle - the resurrection - and you kicked that one to the curb. And if an amputee was healed you'd just try to explain it away anyway.

Looking for something that is verifiable. And the amputees?

Come on, Milton, people have been reporting miracles for thousands of years. They must all be liars, fools, and chalatans, right?

Here's one to munch on:

"So there it is: The prophecy, the New Testament Biblical fulfillment, and extra-Biblical confirmations."

Documenting A Miracle

Let's do this......provide me with documentation of a miracle within my lifetime where there would be medical records, etc, that document the effects of the supposed miracle.

I don't have access to medical records, but there's no doubt scores of reported miracles on the net you can read about. Surely some have documentation.

There are also tales of Aliens from space and Bigfoot on the internet. Real evidence for miracles seems to be as prevalent as real evidence for the chupacabra.

I've already provided you with a documented miracle (Documenting A Miracle), and you've apparently kicked it to the curb.

There is no way to question witnesses, or reproduce the miracle. There is only hearsay evidence from very old stories.
I have asked you for a current day miracle which I can actually document. Is there one? It is a question with a binary answer. Yes or no.....

If yes, then where can I find the medical records of before and after? Surely someone who actually did something that was contradictory to the laws of physics would want it to be known.

This can't be something vague and/or subjective like pain or stress. It also can't be a claim to have cured something that sometime self corrects anyway.

Also, again, why doesn't god heal amputees? If god wanted to demonstrate his presence or power, that would be the most incredible thing to do. Or eliminate say, cancer entirely from the human race instead of grandstanding by picking a single person out of a stadium filled with people looking for cures.

I don't know. Why don't you submit it to prayer and ask him?

Now what good would that do? You think that this make believe friend exists and you cannot get a rational answer. Since that is the case why would you expect a person that has not fooled himself to get an answer?

Yeah, God often heals in cluster areas. In areas of revival, etc. Didn't you notice in the book of Acts that where the anointed followers of Christ were, there were miracles?

Those are simply uncorroborated stories written by people to support their beliefs. You are simply repeating the claims to support the claims. That does not work. They left virtually no evidence to support the claims.

"uncorroborated"? All four Gospels and Acts, etc., confirm / corroborate the resurrection. That's independent confirmation. That does work for the unbiased individual.
