Not necessarily, but when your disagreements include lies and falsehoods, it starts to look like it.
That is ;literally untrue.
Even if I were to lie about these things (I'm not) that would not be either discrimination or persecution.
To
discriminate against someone I would need to treat them unjustly due to their differences.
To
persecute someone I would need to be hostile toward them due to their differences.
I would disagree with anyone who claimed that we could change our sex. It would not matter if that person were heterosexual, homosexual, transgender or anything in between.
I would call them out for that lie regardless of their race, sex, religious or political affiliation or anything else.
It is not unjust to disagree with someone.
It is not hostile to disagree with someone.
