Some background, for those that don't live in the States. Burger King has been marketing a "burger" that is made from plants, not from meat. That is what our guest is going crazy about. Somehow this almost vegan Whopper (mayonnaise has eggs in it) is going to cause your DNA to change and you will be a soulless beast.

I have heard about all the growth agents, antibiotics, and other goo, radiation to steralise etc that American farmers use to boost yields. Who knows if you ain't all going to grow two heads and turn green???

Back to the post which inspired our luncheon. I made burgers all round (except veggie Sam) fresh ground beef from a local butcher who breeds his own cattle, a cross between Aberdeen Angus and local breed of Limousine cattle.

Diced onion, bought from this morning's market, harvested at 4:30 (ish) this morning.

Mixed and bound with fresh laid egg.

Salt and pepper.

Served on a homemade bun.

Why fast food thst will alter our DNA i ask myself?
