The end of frustration toward others or self

Spirit of Light

Be who ever you want
In the last weeks I been seeing my self as one who been frustrated at others and frustrated about me being frustrated about others. It started to eat me up from within, and I knew I was about to lose a battle of letting go.

But during the long meditation last week something happened, call it a seed that started to grow from within. Something that gave me a vision of why I could not stop being frustrated about what I saw, and what I experienced. Questions started to arise in my mind and they would not let me rest until I looked at them(the thoughts). And the last frustration I experienced in the discussion made me realize that no matter how much energy or words I use to try to "fix" the problem, it does not change before I change from within. It was just like the wisdom of Buddha whispered in my ear "Amanaki let it go, Just let it go"
So that is what I must do, Just let go and see it for what it is. It's just a discussion with people with different views and understanding than my self. Nothing to cling to.

But I know, it is not "fixed" from one second to another, it is a "distance" to go before it has been fully let go of :)

Life is just like this, experience one thing in the moment, and let go in the next moment, then we can be able to live in the moment all the time :)
