Jesus is Lord in Spirit form? [How this works

That's all very entertaining, however you are going to have to explain all the verses, that say 'there is only one Lord'.

Do you seriously want a list of those verses? The Christians in the Bible, literally say they only have one Lord, and 'Jesus', is called Lord, not in the manner that 'there are many lords', theory you are presenting.

So, your argument just contradicts the Bible, and literally contradicts the 'word correlates' used in the Bible.

Your argument right now, is going to have to say, that the new testament, is all made up, or something, your argument just doesn't work.

1 Corinthians 8:6 New International Version (NIV)
yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.

you are going to have to explain all the verses, that say 'there is only one Lord'.

Sure there is one Lord, Jesus Christ - God made him Lord. Have you read any man whom God has given the title Lord? None, only Jesus. So there you go - one Lord, Jesus Christ. From the Bible:

Acts 2:36 New International Version (NIV)
“Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.”

What??? Who made who Lord?

giphy.gif

God has made this Jesus both Lord and Messiah

giphy.gif

God has made this Jesus both Lord and Messiah

giphy.gif

God has made this Jesus - Lord and Messiah

How can you miss "one God, the Father"? It must be because you just cited the verse reference without showing the words therein. That is the effect of being lazy - you tend to miss the other details. Is Jesus Christ the Father??? He is not. The verse says "one God, the Father"

1 Corinthians 1:9 New International Version (NIV)
God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

The truth is in the bible, if you are in conflict with what the Bible says, then shiver me timbers - you simply do not belong to God. The truth is the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son [not the Father].

Romans 15:6 New International Version (NIV)
so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord Jesus Christ have a Father and you know what? God is the God of our Lord Jesus Christ too.

Please check the Bible
Are you awake? Have you learned something new or what?

I believe your Jesus is different from my Jesus
My God is different from your God
My Jesus and my God are found in the Bible
Yours, maybe from another book
Actually, you are going to derive a different deity, from 'shema israel'. Because that is the lord. So, you are contradicting yourself without even realizing it.

Shema israel is talking about the 'lord', read the words.

One lord.

Shema israel, one lord.

One lord, jesus christ.

What aren't you understanding?

You derived a different deity, because the deity in the o.t, is who manifests as 'Jesus', [thats why the name is 'lord', in the o.t.

So, 'spirit of the Lord', only one Lord.

In other words, if your entity isn't Jesus, then it isn't the 'Lord', in Shema Israel, either,

Because there is only one Lord, for Christians, Jesus Christ.

I'm using Bible verses, so, that is sort of arbitrary. If you want to say the bible is written incorrectly , then fine.

Shema Yisrael is a Jewish prayer, and is also the first two words of a section of the Torah, and is the title of a prayer that serves as a centerpiece of the morning and evening Jewish prayer services. Wikipedia

Why do people divert topics from Christian things to the yeast of the Pharisees?
From the Lord Jesus Christ to some Jewish prayer
Shema....shame....what a shame

giphy.gif

So far how many verses you have shown? Zero, zilch, nada
How many verses you have twisted? Three or Four for now.
Did the verses I have cited, explained fully and certified in the Bible?
I believe so, anyone can check.

So how is your Jesus?
Still three faced?

Matthew 22:37
['You shall love the Lord your God, ...'

Great, so Jesus isn't "quoting the Shema', referring to someone else, He is referring to Himself,

'The Lord your God'.

Now,
how many 'Lords' do christians have, again?
One, that is correct. JESUS.
1 Corinthians 8:6

Matthew 22:37
'The Lord your God'

There is only one Lord, for Christians, and Jesus says the first commandment, is to 'Love the Lord your God'.

So, who cares why you don't know what 'one Lord, Jesus Christ', means, because it's plain as day.

Genesis 3:1-2 Contemporary English Version (CEV)
The snake was sneakier than any of the other wild animals that the Lord God had made.

I think it would be a waste of time trying to show you the verses you have shown.
You are not even candid or honest for that matter to really show the whole verse
word for word
Instead you telegraph your interpretation to achieve your desired result.
I think that is sneaky and so you aptly call yourself as the desert snake
rightly so, you are indeed the snake.

Let us face it - your Jesus is different from the Bible.
The Jesus you are espousing is God.
The Jesus of the Bible is a man.
And his words are recorded in

John 8:39-47 Expanded Bible (EXB)
They answered, “Our father is Abraham.”

Jesus said to them, “If you were really Abraham’s children, you would do the things Abraham did. I am a man who has told you the truth which I heard from God, but you are trying to kill me. Abraham did nothing like that. So you are doing the things your own father did.”

But [or Therefore] they said to him, “We are not ·like children who never knew who their father was [illegitimate children; L born from/of fornication]. God is our Father; he is the only Father we have.”

Jesus said to them, “If God were really your Father, you would love me, because I came from God and now I am here. [L For] I did not come ·by my own authority [on my own]; God sent me. You don’t understand [L Why don’t you understand…?] what I say, because you cannot ·accept my teaching [L hear my word/message]. You ·belong to [are from] your father the devil, and you want to do what he wants. He was a murderer from the beginning [Gen. 3; Rom. 5:12] and ·was against the truth [does not uphold the truth], because there is no truth in him. When he tells a lie, ·he shows what he is really like [he reveals his own nature; or he speaks his own language; L he speaks from his own], because he is a liar and the father of lies. But because I speak the truth, you don’t believe me. ·Can any of you [L Who among you can…?] ·prove that I am guilty [convict me] of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? The person who belongs to God ·accepts what God says [L hears/obeys the words of God]. But you don’t ·accept what God says [hear; obey], because you don’t belong to God.”

The Jesus of the Bible clearly and empathically said: I am a man who has told you the truth which I heard from God

How come you don't believe that? Because Jesus said: But you don’t ·accept what God says [hear; obey], because you don’t belong to God

And when you don't belong to God, to whom do you belong?

Revelation 12:9 Common English Bible (CEB)
So the great dragon was thrown down. The old snake, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world, was thrown down to the earth; and his angels were thrown down with him.

Let us face it - Your Jesus is different from the Jesus of the Bible.
The Jesus of the Bible said: I am a man who has told you the truth which I heard from God

Being a man, he is not God
Being a man who heard from God, definitely means he is not God for whom who has spoken the truth.

I do not expect any argument to work.
Especially to those who are blind fanatics who believe without understanding.

Anyway the most important thing of all is I properly recognize the Lord Jesus Christ as he is truly is
And when I properly and truthfully recognize the Lord Jesus Christ, he knows me
The proper recognition of the the Lord Jesus is very imp6ortant
and I know it is the proper recognition because it is also how God recognizes his Son Jesus
And this is not my own opinion but it is what Jesus Christ declared

John 10:14-15 New International Version (NIV)
“I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep.

Jesus said:
Jesus Christ knows his sheep
His sheep knows him
And it is the same knowledge on how the Father [the Lord God] knows Jesus

How does the Father who is the only true God know Jesus?

Isaiah 53:1-3 New International Version (NIV)

Who has believed our message
and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
He grew up before him like a tender shoot,
and like a root out of dry ground.
He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him,
nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.
He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces
he was despised, and we held him in low esteem.

In the prophecy of God through the prophet Isaiah, there is a man of suffering not a God of suffering. Who is this? The Apostle Peter explains this:

1 Peter 2:21 New International Version (NIV)

To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.

This is man of suffering is non other than the Lord Jesus Christ but we have to hear this fact from Jesus himself. What did he say about himself?

John 8:40 New International Version (NIV)
As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things.

Jesus said - he is a man
Jesus said - he heard the truth from God
These are plain truth and I don't understand why people do not believe the Lord Jesus Christ, himself
And he explained why people like you do not believe his words:

John 8:40-45 New International Version (NIV)
As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things. You are doing the works of your own father.”

“We are not illegitimate children,” they protested. “The only Father we have is God himself.”

Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me!

Would not believing Jesus when he say "I am a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God" and instead make Jesus a liar by saying Jesus is God - save him? Would not believing in God's only Son benefit you? And if you do not believe God's one and only Son, do you think Jesus knows you?

Matthew 7:21-23 New International Version (NIV)
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

As Jesus says, 'the gates of Hell are wide'.

This is what Jesus really said:

Matthew 16:18 Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition (DRA)
And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

That is the problem with twisters, they twist a lot of things...

Jesuslightoftheworld

The world has nothing to offer us!
The question seems to be, how can Jesus be both, god, and human. Or, if Jesu is human, how can He be god, after the Resurrection. The answer is in the actual persona of Jesus, who Jesus, is, in Spirit Form. Because the 'Spirit of the Lord', is who manifests, in Jesus. Hence after the Resurrection, the Lord is still the Lord, [obviously,

Now, the human aspect of Jesus, does that make Jesus not god? If it did, then Jesus as manifested Lord, would simply revert to Lordship.

In some traditions, Jesus is 'very human', yet, because the Lord is a Spirit Manifestation,
3 Corinthians [called Apocrypha,
Then there always is a necessary Lordship, in Spirit Form.

In the asiatic and Nestorian tradition,

The manifestation has this

[Human||g-d]
Configuration both human and g-d aspect in Jesus, though different natures.
By asiatic means configuration of a asiatic church, not necessarily, "asia", generally.

What occurs here, regardless, is that "Jesus" in Spirit Form, is the Lord, also, because the Spirit nature, is the Lord.
[The spirit nature of Jesus the human.

Jesus is the Son of Man and the Son of God. He was God in human form to suffer terribly, sinless, and blameless. So, God is the Father, God is the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Jesus is the Son of Man and the Son of God. He was God in human form to suffer terribly, sinless, and blameless. So, God is the Father, God is the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Why The Lord Jesus Christ Is Not God:
THE FATHER ALONE IS
THE TRUE GOD

THE LORD JESUS Christ is not God because the Bible explicitly teaches that the Father alone is the true God and the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of the One True God.

THE FATHER IS THE ONE TRUE GOD

The Lord Jesus Christ Himself clearly said that the Father is the only true God:

“Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You…
“And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” (John 17:1, 3, NKJV)

Even Apostle Paul also explicitly said that the Father alone is the true God:

“Yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.” (I Corinthians 8:6, NKJV)

GOD IS THE FATHER OF JESUS CHRIST

The apostles explicitly wrote that the true God is the God and Father of the Lord Jesus Christ:

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort.” (II Corinthians 1:3 NKJV)

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” Ephesians 1:3 NKJV

“Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:2 NKJV)

“To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ who are in Colosse: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you.” (Colossians 1:2-3 NKJV)

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” (I Peter 1:3 NKJV)

This is what the apostles taught and wrote because this is what they heard from the Lord Jesus Christ Himself:

“Jesus said to her, ‘Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.'” (John 20:17 NKJV)

JESUS IS THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD

The Bible did not only clearly stated that the Father alone is the one true God, but also explicitly pronounced that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God:

“Simon Peter answered and said, ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.’” (Matthew 16:16 NKJV)

The Bible also explicitly tells us that the Son of God is a man:

“So when the centurion, who stood opposite Him, saw that He cried out like this and breathed His last, he said, ‘Truly this Man was the Son of God!’” (Mark 15:39 NKJV)

As the Son of God, Jesus Himself tells us that His Father is greater than Him:

“You have heard Me say to you, 'I am going away and coming back to you.' If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, 'I am going to the Father,' for My Father is greater than I.” (John 14:28 NKJV)

The One True God Himself proclaimed that Jesus is His Son:

“When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, ‘This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.’” (Matthew 3:16-17 NKJV)

However, God Himself also proclaimed that his Son, the Son of God, is a man:

“I still did not know that he was the one, but God, who sent me to baptize with water, had said to me, ‘You will see the Spirit come down and stay on a man; he is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’ ‘I have seen it,’ said John, ‘and I tell you that he is the Son of God.’ The next day John was standing there again with two of his disciples, when he saw Jesus walking by. ‘There is the Lamb of God!’ he said.” (John 1:33-36 TEV)

God Himself said to John the Baptist, “You will see the Spirit come down and stay on A MAN; he is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.” John the Baptist testified that the One referred to by God in His words saying “the Spirit come down and stay on A MAN; he is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit” was the “Son of God,” the Lord Jesus.

CONCLUSION

Thus, it is correct to believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is not God because His Father is the only true God. Hence, when we say that Jesus is not God, we only mean that the Lord Jesus Christ is not the Father (the One True God), but the Son of the One True God.

The trinity is One true God but three forms or persons. Just like H2O can be a gas, a liquid, and a solid. So there’s God is the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is infinitely complex and for a lot of people it’s hard to grasp. But really is simple , my son understood the concept when he was five years old.

What is simple is there is one God
That one God is the Father [not the Son, not the Holy Spirit]

Hebrews 5:11-14 New International Version (NIV)

We have much to say about this, but it is hard to make it clear to you because you no longer try to understand. In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.

he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
each of us has turned to our own way;
and the Lord has laid on him
the iniquity of us all.

He was oppressed and afflicted,
yet he did not open his mouth;
he was led like a lamb to the slaughter,
and as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
so he did not open his mouth.
By oppression and judgment he was taken away.
Yet who of his generation protested?
For he was cut off from the land of the living;
for the transgression of my people he was punished.
He was assigned a grave with the wicked,
and with the rich in his death,
though he had done no violence,
nor was any deceit in his mouth.

Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer,
and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin,
he will see his offspring and prolong his days,
and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand.
After he has suffered,
he will see the light of life and be satisfied;
by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many,
and he will bear their iniquities.
Therefore I will give him a portion among the great,
and he will divide the spoils with the strong,
because he poured out his life unto death,
and was numbered with the transgressors.
For he bore the sin of many,
and made intercession for the transgressors.

Isaiah 53 New International Version (NIV)
Who has believed our message
and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
He grew up before him like a tender shoot,
and like a root out of dry ground.
He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him,
nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.
He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces
he was despised, and we held him in low esteem.

Surely he took up our pain
and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,
stricken by him, and afflicted.
But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
each of us has turned to our own way;
and the Lord has laid on him
the iniquity of us all.

ISRAEL is not a man of suffering but Jesus Christ was

All thru Isaiah the suffering servant is Israel. That's what scripture says. New Jerusalem is referred to as the bride of Christ and Israel is called the Whore of Babylon.

Your personal assumption but the Bible says otherwise.

When Isa 53 mentions

He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him,
nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.

That is Jesus being described as a man who is not handsome that people gravitate to
This alone, does not describe a nation whatsoever

He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.

Jesus was despised by both the Jews and the Romans
Jesus is a MAN
and Isa 53 says he is a Man of suffering and familiar with pain

Israel on the other hand is not a man
not even a man of suffering
Maybe it would qualify as such in a dream trying to interpret something which isn't.
