Initially I was going to post an explanation of these three options, but instead I'm going to leave them as is, leaving the membership here to consider Judas's role in the Christian narrative, and perhaps share the reasoning for their pick.

So, what do you think?

In Greek Judas is the same word for Judah, so it is a metaphoric placement: that Judah paid the 30 pieces of silver, and put it in the Potters-field in the house of Israel (Zechariah 11:12-13).

This ended both the Abrahamic (Zechariah 11:10), and the Sinai covenants (Zechariah 11:14) - thus Judah hung its self by its own act (Zechariah 11:8-9).

We all are inside a universal computer system, where we are all subject to the CPU's (God Most High's) authority, even if we don't realize it currently.

Thus tho Judas was a pawn, and Judah couldn't help fulfilling the Tanakh: the Curse of Moses (Deuteronomy 28) was placed on the world for it; where in the second temple destruction by the Romans, they eat each others flesh as prophesied (Deuteronomy 28:53-55, Zechariah 11:9)...

Then Judah have been blinded to understanding it (Deuteronomy 28:28-29, Zechariah 12:4), whilst sent from nation to nation persecuted as written in the Curse.

The Book of Jude the brother of James (Jude 1:1, Luke 6:16), and Judah, Jude, Judas (G2455) is all the same word.

Like it literally proves we're inside One giant metaphor; yet people don't study to see its complexities, as they think it is stupid like Judas did.

In my opinion. :innocent:

Guitar's Cry

Disciple of Pan
I have always enjoyed the Gnostic view of him. That he was a martyr and his betrayal was something Jesus required of him. I see Professor Snape as a Judas figure in Harry Potter.
